Stopped in on our way out of Salida. Very overpriced for what you get. One in our party had to walk to the bar to get a drink and refills. Nachos tasted like movie theater nachos. I’ve never had naan like this, it was so thick, very few veggies and the hummus tasted like Sabra. The chicken and rice bowl tasted like a Marie Calender frozen meal and the dressing on the steak sandwich was sweet. Amazing views, lots of deer walking around. I’d pass unless you’re just stopping for the view and a drink.

Absolutely a great place! The waitress was amazing, kind and very helpful. Brought me back to my childhood when I lived on a golf course and we would eat at the country club!

Wanted a burger & this place did NOT disappoint!!! Bonus: we called in a to-go order & in the middle of ordering, the call dropped & the server still put in the order! We rolled up expecting to order again & our food was ready. & that burger SLAPPED. Highly recommend.

We had breakfast at this cozy spot on the golf course and loved it! The view of the green was beautiful, peaceful and quiet, it was absolutely delightful. Tucked inside the golf course grounds, the restaurant offers a scenic view, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, with rustic decor and large windows overlooking the course.We ordered the scratch biscuit and gravy, and Eggs benedict , it was cooked to perfection — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The Bloody Mary made with Tito’s vodka — perfectly spiced and super refreshing. Definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while! The service was excellent; our server, was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot to enjoy a great meal! Definitely a great place to start the day, whether you’re playing golf or just looking for a calm place to enjoy a good breakfast (and a great drink!).

The chef and staff deserve credit for the food now matching the atmosphere in the old cabin clubhouse. Daily specials are excellent and they nail the basics also, like my swiss truffle burger and fries last night. Both the beer and booze offerings lean local. Sit in front of the fire in winter or watch the golfers, sunset and mountains out the big windows facing the course. This place is well worth a visit or a revisit.

The server, Cassidy, is full of smiles, gives great support on the menu and makes us feel special.

Delicious burger and even better fries! I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful views of the mountains. It does not hurt to see a little green sometimes.
UPDATE: we went back for breakfast a few months ago and breakfast was not as good as dinner. Little choices and the food was not great. They have a coffee bar, but no half and half and no decaf options (?). We will certainly save this just for dinner

I’ve had lunch here all summer long since I golf weekly. Always good food and service. I love their burger and always have to order one to take home to my husband. Best burger in town for me. Just tried their Friday crab cake dinner special and was totally pleased with the dinner. Will order it again. Thanks Caleb and crew. Great job!
