We are a teaching cafe serving breakfast items,sandwiches, salads and soups. We have fresh baked sweets and treats of all kinds. Keto friendly, gluten-free, sugar free and your old fashioned full sugary things. Coffee, cappuccinos both hot and cold and some without caffeine, also a zero sugar energy drink with adaptogenic herbs to help you recover from your workout or stress faster. We also offer protein meal replacement shakes for those on stricter diets. As long as you don’t dilly dally, you may enter through the kitchen to avoid the stairs, stay too long and you might find yourself with an extra job.

With a low-key, easygoing atmosphere, laughter, and hometown warmth, this is a nice place to enjoy coffee and more with friends. Home-made desserts in the showcase and creative, humorous names on the board for beverages and used for the other menu offerings. Although I have not had a meal (yet!), what I’ve seen looks very good, and customers appear to enjoy their choices!

Super retro and comfy coffee shop in a church (former) music room! Had one of the best breves I’ve had my whole trip (and they knew what a breve is!) and brought my aunt a great almond latte. Will definitely make this a stop every time I’m in town!
