Beautiful location, lovely decorations and seating. Food came quickly, and was piping hot. Everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. Portion sizes are perfect! It was my first time trying this style of food, and I was extremely pleased! I would definitely return to this location

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. I had the egusi and fufu, my husband had the jollofrice- both with goat. Both meals were delightful. I didnt catch her name but the woman serving us was very polite, helping with the menu and advising us. It seems to be a family owned restaurant and they were all very sweet. They seemed to still be working on decor but its coming together very nicely. I cant wait to come back and see what they do with the place! Please visit if you can

I am not african… so take this review with salt due to that. But I tried the jollof with chicken. The rice was way spicy and the chicken sorta tasted vinegary… I could only get through half of it (with tons of fluids) before I decided I had enough. I ordered a 2 for 1 special so I have an extra plate that IDK what to do with… I’ll offer it to my brother and see what he thinks I guess.

Rice was perfectly cooked everything is really good I wish it was just a little bit spicier. I ordered the egusi jollof rice and bitter leaf. Since I’ve been pregnant I’ve been craving African food and this is the first place I’ve tried since moving to Georgia and I’ll definitely be back.

Got the restaurant recommendation from my friend and trust me I decided to show up. I am not easily impressed but this food was great. I got ayamase and rice and amala and egusi. The service was great and the lady there was very polite and patient also willing to help. So far this restaurant is one of the best African restaurants in Georgia. I will be there next time. Side note, we will appreciate an increase in the meat.
Thank you

Absolutely delicious! I was too busy enjoying the food to take photos of everything . The samosas were bursting with flavor, and every single dish was packed with authentic, rich taste. We tried the egusi, efo riro, samosas, and shawarma — all 10/10! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. This restaurant just became one of our new Sunday favorites. Highly recommend!

I did not eat the food but my cousin did. She said it was very good. The service was not the best and the floors were very sticky, the place just did not seem clean at all. Restaurants are supposed to look clean, be clean, and smell clean or like food cooking. I can confirm I experienced the exact opposite of that.

OMG!!!!!!! When I tell you this is and forever be my go to spot for Authentic Nigerian food…. I have been looking for a Nigerian food restaurant that can kind of match my father’s cooking (He is Nigerian). I have been to a good amount of Nigerian restaurants out here in Atlanta, those I won’t name ‍ ‍ but this 1 THE GOLDENCROWN KITCHEN IS BY FAR THE BEST 1 I’VE HAD!!!!!! I had Fufu with Egusi Soup and Fufu with Okro Soup. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! I WILL BE BACK!!!!! I’M ACTUALLY OMW THERE NOW!!!!!

I was really craving some authentic African food and decided to give this place a try. I originally ordered the Ofro Riro, but due to a misunderstanding with the young cashier who appeared to be a child I ended up with Egusi instead. When I pointed out the mix-up, he mentioned that I had asked about the most popular dish, which is Egusi. That was true, but I also mentioned that I usually order Egusi and wanted to try something different this time.

I politely asked if I could get a small portion of the Ofro Riro on the side (and I was willing to pay for it), and he said he needed to heat it up. What he brought out was more of a taste than an actual serving, but I didn’t make a fuss since I had to leave to pick up my children.

Unfortunately, once I got home, the meal didn’t seem fresh at all, it didn’t look or taste like it was made that day, and the flavor was very bland that I had to try to jazz it up myself just so I won’t waste my money. I appreciate the effort, but based on this experience, I don’t plan to return.
