Golden Wok is a solid choice! Now, being from out of town, I can’t speak to an in-restaurant experience but their take-out is absolutely awesome. The staff is very friendly on the phone. They always answer and promptly take your order. Food is usually ready in less than 10 minutes. Chicken Fried Rice is off the chain. I like that they don’t over season it, you can order a side of your favorite sauce or add a little soy, it’s perfect! Hot and Sour Soup was really good – can’t wait to have it again. The ambiance is exactly what you expect… the ducks hanging in the window really add the perfect touch! Portions are fantastic, prices are great… this is your quintessential hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. This is not your 5-star dress-up-for-dinner place… this is your Tuesday night, you don’t want to cook dinner place to order from – check it out!

Guys, I don’t know what you don’t like, I’ve ordered delivery for the fifth time already. I’m confused, do you get a different cook or what? Who’s criticizing? Huge portions, I always order soup and beef noodles for the second course. You can see from the photo that there’s a lot of meat and vegetables. I love your restaurant, keep up the good work!

This restaurant is the hero of the area. Not much in Oceanside is open late, but being open until 2am and serving up great and satisfying Chinese food quickly is about as much as I could ever ask for. The Spicy House Chow Mein and Chicken Chow Fun are fantastic, and service is always quick so expect fast turnaround on delivery orders. I would tell my Grandma to order from here.

Maybe the dish is different because we’re on the west coast & I’m from the east coast, but I have never seen egg foo young served with no gravy or white/fried rice. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food is decent, portions are great. Typical Chinese hole in the wall. Some dishes are a bit saltier than I prefer. They don’t give receipts so keep that in mind if you need one for reimbursement. I keep coming back because I live nearby and is great when I’m feeling lazy to cook dinner.
The salt and pepper prawns are probably my favorite dish here so far.
