Watch out! My house fried rice had all the meat at the top of carton and nothing but rice on the bottom. I specifically told the restaurant to put meat throughout the carton. When I called back to complain, the usually nice girl spoke her language and said “I’m not taking your orders anymore” and hung up on me. I use to eat there once a week, but now I don’t eat Chinese food at all anymore, period. Thanks wok

I ordered the food via doordash, and let me tell you I was SUPER impressed with the flavor of the food. It hit perfectly in our palettes. I put a 5 on service and atmosphere, but have not been in person. I would assume they are just as great as their food. A+

This restaurant that I’ve been going to for years over charged my card. I went back to them with my receipt as well as my account summary and the manager as well as the cashier who took the order the day before refused to give me my money back. The police were involved and although they agreed with me they couldn’t force them to give me my money back because it’s a civil matter. So if you go there pay with cash because they over charge your cards now. Probably trying to make up for the business they’re not getting. Well now they have even less business because I’m never going there again and I will be telling everyone about this experience.

I had one of the worst customer experiences at Golden Wok. I spoke to the manage on the phone and she was very disrespectful with her responses and comes off as only being on the defense. If you have any issues with an order at Golden Wok they will not help to fix the issue yet accuse the customer for wrong doing. I ended up driving my whole order back when I originally only had a issue with one side item. The rest of my entire order was correct and was actually excited to eat it but again with this experience the whole order was returned and i will no
