Worst experience ever ordering from any Chinese restaurant. I placed a pick up order through a third party website. I ordered vegetable noodles and when I arrived home, I opened it to find that there was pork AND shrimp in my noodles. I’m allergic to seafood and never would’ve ordered anything with fish in it. I wasn’t mad at first, just thought maybe they had given me the wrong order, so I called up the website. I was told that they would have the restaurant call me to make it right. A minute later, my phone started ringing. I accepted the call and before I could even say hello, the woman on the other end said in a very harsh and abrasive tone, “You called my restaurant?!” She didn’t give me a chance to answer and kept talking, saying things like that, “I no mess up your order. You call wrong number. Wrong wrong.” I was baffled and honestly appalled at the way she was treating me without even letting me explain myself. Finally I was able to tell her that my order was indeed wrong. She kept insisting that it wasn’t, and hung up. Frustrated and really angry at this point, I packed up the food and drove back to the store to confront her. This woman was INCREDIBLY RUDE from the get go. She ignored me concerns, took the food back and disregarded my request to refund me, then kept sitting down on her lazy end to watch videos on her phone and pretended I wasn’t there. I called up the third party website once again while I stood at the counter and explained the situation to them. They were able to work with me to get my refund, but needed approval from the restaurant, and the woman behind the counter kept refusing to give it. She kept backtalking me and treating me like dirt. There was NO REASON for her to act this way with me. I had been friendly and courteous at the start and all I got in return was disrespect and no apology. Absolutely disgusting. I would never give this place my business ever again and I hope they get shut down for good if this is how they treat their customers.

I’ve been going here for more than 14 years, they fed me throughout my pregnancy and my entire adulthood and adolescence lol. They have delicious food and their sons are kool and the dad (owner) is always on the grill cooking or overseeing everything. The wife is improving her bedside manner but can be nice and has actually shown she can be a nice person but as I said great food, not bad prices and good location

Normally this place is my joint!! This has been one of my favorite Chinese take outs to visit like all my life. However, today while waiting for my food I walked in with 3 young Asian guys. They apparently work there because they walk through the door and walk straight to the back. None of them wash their hands, none of them put on any hand sanitizer. None of them did any hand hygiene as they walked right on over to the stove and began to cook and package food. And the workers that were already there didn’t say anything to them. Which causes me to question… is this what yall do on a regular basis? And, what other questionable behavior goes on?
