Lately learnt about this Thai food restaurant from a friend, personally dropped by with few friends to give a try on the food.
After chatting with the friendly lady boss, only realised that this restaurant has been awarded many prestigious recognitions that became well known especially to numerous companies / factories in adjacent areas for business luncheon, team dinner or executive celebrations.
Few of these awards winning included :
1. Famous Gourmet Award 2025 under Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Category
2. 25 years Golden Iconic Brands Award 2025 under Intangible Cultural Heritage Food by World Heritage Gourmet and the International Food & Beverage Association
3. Best Dish Award
– Otak- Otak Seafood in fresh Coconut (must try)
Besides frequently visited by corporate clients and factory groups, Golden Triangle Thai Restaurant has also been honoured to welcome many VVIP guests including members of The Royal family, the Chief Minister of Penang, government officials, diplomats and representatives worldwide especially from countries such as United States, Germany, Arab Saudi, China etc..

I personally recommended Otak-Otak Seafood with fresh coconut, Tom Yam gong, Cashew Nuts Chicken,Green Mango Salad, Hotpot Glass Noodle with Prawn and Pineapple Fried rice (from my personal choices). With the fresh ingredients they used combined with the skilled and experienced chef, all these authentic excellent thai cuisine really satisfied my taste buds not forgetting their signature beverages like Avocado Shake, Coconut Smoothie, Passion Fruit Mojito, Blue Lagoon.. lots more to explore
Will definitely come back again in near future.

I came all the way from Kulim to Juru Autocity just for their Lemongrass Chicken and Tomyam — and honestly, it’s so worth it!
The lemongrass chicken here is totally different from anywhere else — dry, crispy, full of flavour, and just perfect with rice. You can’t find this style anywhere else, seriously!
Their Tomyam also never disappoints — rich, spicy, and packed with that authentic Thai kick. Every bite reminds me why I don’t mind the long drive. ❤️

I used to love their food many years back & have visited their different outlets as well. Came on a weekend for dinner to celebrate Mum’s birthday. The dining area is spacious, but only 1 table is occupied. I started to doubt the quality of their food. Many items on the menu aren’t available as well. All the dishes we ordered tastes quite good except for the fried rice. But food standards have dropped compared to last time. Went bought a cake & and asked the staff to keep it for us. When serving, we noticed that the inner cake had melted. They didn’t keep it refrigerated for us ♀️& the worst part is the staff threw away the cake box without even asking. This kind of service standard is unacceptable for a restaurant. The lady boss apologised to us but you’re supposed to train your staff to be wiser. Price is also on the higher side.

The dessert jackfruit was a little bland and the portion was small. The owner was very nice, serving and promoting their dishes. The restaurant was considered a cozy place with a clean and comfortable environment. But the price was above average.

Food taste was fine. Ordered a pot of chrysanthemum and the cups came in assorted teacups and glasses which was a little odd. The restaurant was rather quiet for CNY. Was also rather pricy.
