I am a long term customer since 2015 or more. I asked for a 3 peice combo meal. I get home 2 peices of chicken. I called and they will give me credit. But I also had a situation with the one on Lomas. I spent $63.00 on chicken and ribs. I asked for a couple of more rolls, for 3 people. The cashier person told me, I would be charged for extras! I told him, “I spent $63 for ribs and chicken and you are going to be stingy!” No longer going to that Golden pride. And if this place gets stupid. I will stop going to Golden Pride. Ribs at Rudy’s are just as good if not better! Check your order every time. With the prices now. It’s probably best to cook at home.

This was my first time visiting this location. I’ve always enjoyed the food at their other locations. I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken meal with spicy beans and green beans. It also came with a delicious roll. The food was amazing. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I’ve cruised by this location for a while and have been wanting to try it. Today for lunch I finally dropped in. It’s a great location and atmosphere for a meal and lives up to the legendary Frontier feel. Tasty, reasonable prices, consistent, and timely as usual. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

So I showed up tonight, 5/24/25. I ordered 2 #1’s no egg, extra green, and a #9 other items, but the problem is the burritos.
I didn’t get my food until 20 minutes later! OK, it’s Saturday, I assume busy, I’m patient. Gentlemen repeats the order to me for a 3rd time, first repeated at speaker, second at second window when I payed and lastly before my food is given to me. I had to come here because the day prior, I had visited the Lomas location after being at downtown ER since 9am, and they too messed up a #1 no egg, extra green.
I am enclosing pictures of receipts and the burritos. I believe I’m charged for extra green as well, I might be mistaken, but you can clearly see EXTRA green translated to BARELY green. The #9 had beans in it. Luckily, it was not for the person who has a bean allergy. My daughter just said “Yumm” and devoured it. I found out it had beans because she said, “Since when does a #9 come with beans?”
Again, I don’t mind being patient and understanding, but when your patient and your food arrived wrong, I live in the East Mountains, so driving back “real quick” doesn’t happen. I’m hoping a member of management sees this and reaches out. Almost $40 dollars worth of food

This place is awesome. Prices are cheap and the food is delicious. The carne adovado burritos are phenomenal. The tortillas are all homemade. Cinnamon rolls are huge and amazing.
