I’ve overlooked this place ever since it replaced Fazoli’s, but found myself there this morning for an Irish skillet that came with two of the thickest pancakes I’ve seen in a while. Skillet was standard diner quality, but pancakes were better than expected, as I’m usually not the biggest fan of just plain pancakes. Portion size for the price was great. Service was attentive, food came out quick. I have no complaints.

Clearly a popular spot with how crowded it was during my visit. They sat as many people as they could which resulted in slow table service. My wait for food exceeded 40 minutes. After some meals were brought to my party I had to ask on two different occasions for my meal. It is not normal to only delivery some meals and not the entire table. This was my first and last visit to this location.

I wish I could rate them with 100 stars! This place is amazing. They actually cook with with fresh vegetables and serve fresh fruit. It is not canned or frozen, IT’S FRESH! And you can tell by how amazing the food tastes. The employees are really friendly and provide great service.

Went her this morning like we have in past Sundays. When our food arrived my dish was look warm at best. Upon bringing this to the servers attention her response was that she could put it in the microwave. No thank you. No need to patronize here for awhile. My wife placed her finger on the gravey & just gave me that really look.
Not a good experience.

This review is for visit on an early Friday morning for the biscuit overload ($12.99-tower of hashbrown, 2 biscuits, sausage gravy, egg) with a side of bacon ($4.59) and a cup of coffee ($3.59). I think it was great for the bacon, decent because of flavor of gravy, and avg for on the drier side biscuits, the eggs (egg mixture premade maybe) and hashbrowns (standard). Coffee was pretty good without cream or sugar. Because it said pancake house in the name, will try again and get some of those.

My fiance and I have been coming here pretty much every week as long as the Edwardsville location has been opened. Just within the last 2-3 months, food quality has gone down, majorly. They need to get the old cooks back in! Whoever is cooking now, I don’t think they know what they’re doing or they just do not care. LOL, major turn off to come in and eat, cause you do not know what you will get that day. ☹️

Food is delicious. I got the Gypsy with Sunnyside Up eggs. It was honestly mouthwatering. My partner got the Golden Burger with Waffle fries. It was juicy and one of the best burgers they’ve ever had. Our server was very fast, understanding and had great manners. Staff seemed very nice and personable. The decor is outstanding and modern. Definitely a place I can come back to and enjoy breakfast or lunch at!
