Tried this new restaurant in Madison on a recent Saturday morning. Expected a wait but, even though it was busy, it took only 5-10 minutes to be seated. Waiting area had plenty of chairs/benches to sit. The atmosphere is quite noisy and a bit too bright. I would suggest muting the lighting somewhat and installing some acoustical panels to absorb noise. There is an extensive menu of breakfast items that are “enhanced” by additions of fruits, sauces, whipped cream, etc. My companion ordered Breakfast Tacos which came with a verde sauce, and rice and beans. He said they were good but he would have preferred corn tortillas rather than the flour tortillas that were used. I love good French Toast. There were many variations on that theme offered. But I went for basic French Toast. It was made with Brioche which I had not had as French Toast before. It came with powdered sugar sprinkled onto the pieces. Had that been noted in the menu, I would have requested it be left off. The tasty eggy flavor of French Toast was completely missing. This bread was so sweet that with butter and real Maple syrup on it, it felt more like a heavy dessert to me. Actually many of the FrenchToast, Pancake, and Waffle variations are dressed with sweets….fruit (which is fine), powdered sugar, whipped cream, etc. I will likely pass on going here again.

I honestly loved it. The pancakes were really good, the burger was great, and the coffee was amazing (like actually worth going back just for that). The place itself is super neat too, nice vibe all around. Definitely one of those spots you just feel good hanging out in.

This was the worst breakfast experience we’ve ever had. Our second $18 breakfast takeout order was literally missing half the food. Called and were told we can come back to pick up the rest and it would be ready in 10 minutes, as they did not know if a refund could be issued because the manager was at the bank. We drove back and waited for the remainder of the food as it was not ready after more than 10 minutes. This is for the portion of the meal that was not initially added. So now I have a 30 minute old country fried steak which is completely cold and freshly made hash browns and poached eggs.
Also, this is a breakfast place, it is unacceptable to not prepare poached eggs correctly. Poached is not the same as hard boiled! The rest of the food with the exception of the French toast was terrible. Absolutely disgusting country fried steak with over salted gravy. Farmland bowl was also terrible.
I will not be returning here, food is overpriced garbage and service is atrocious.

The sausages are bigger than your fingers, pancakes taste like heaven, the chocolate chip pancakes are wonderful, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich is killer, and the banana pancakes are delicious. Cool vibe and great service!

Outstanding hospitality from the moment we walked in! We had a group of 7 and the entire staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was fantastic and their mimosa flights were the perfect addition! Will be back!
