The reviews about bad customer service were right. They are not professional nor friendly. The person who took my order on the phone and rang me out came across as if they didn’t want my business.
However this first impression with the food has left a good taste in my mouth. The food was cooked well, which is the bare minimum recently. But in the pork fried rice they had pieces of onions, and sprouts, that most Chinese restaurants seem to omit now. The pork looked and tasted thoroughly cooked which is also too much to ask of other Chinese places recently. And it had nice fresh crisp broccoli gently steamed and put on top. And the egg roll is the first one in norwalk that I could eat the whole thing without duck sauce.
I’m not going to say I’m impressed, however reading the comments its not only surpassed my expectations it raised the bar back up. I was starting to settle for less but if they consistently give good food then they may have a repeat customer.
Side note the look of the storefront is offputting but I didn’t see any dramatic servsafe violations in the kitchen. So buyer beware.

The person on the phone ( I think it was a woman) hung up on me twice, two times in a row.
I have to leave this review here, bruh, because I don’t know where all of these positive ratings are coming from. And mind you, this was after the last order where I experienced a small episode of food poisoning from their delivery hours after. That was one of the rudest experiences I had with a business, if not the worst, and that’s cool. But to be honest, you can be rude to me, but don’t say that after you have your way with me I shouldn’t believe your joint should be broken down with a wrecking ball and have the entire debris ground up to a fine powder; and I went back to give you a second chance looking for a cheap meal after you gave me food poisoning? Nah, I’m good. That place is trash.
So if I could, I would give 0 stars overall, but food is great . And food quality for all intensive purposes deserves a 3+ rating but the food poisoning experience drags it down to 2 star rating.

Made an order thru the phone for delivery. The delivery guy was so unprofessional no smile, no hi, no nothing just straight to asking for my id and card. Never been asked that before for a delivery. I say thank you 3 times while I’m signing and he gets upset because I didn’t leave tip. I don’t need this negativity around.

Very rude service, they need a sign to say we only serve a certain race! Ordered veggie fried rice.. They sold me HARD RAW peas, uncooked cabbage, no flavor in the rice, undercooked onions.. AND THAT IS IT! I know veggie rice comes with more vegetables. They were upset and became rude after I took something off my order BEFORE they started cooking. Tasteless waste of money! I am so upset I wasted my gas and money on this racist place!

My regular Chinese place is closed due to a fire so I decided to try this one which turned out to be a mistake. To make the $15 delivery minimum I added a shrimp egg roll onto my order & at first I thought it was just a regular egg roll with diced up shrimp inside, which tasted fine to me until I got halfway through it & took a bite … felt something large & rubbery hanging out of my mouth so I spit it out & it was a shrimp. So it was a regular egg roll with 1 shrimp stuffed in the middle which was interesting I guess. I asked for my broccoli cooked soft, it was crunchy as ever/very lightly steamed I’d say. Neither of those things would lead me to leave any restaurant a bad review though. My reason for this review is that later on that evening & the next morning I was SO sick. I’ve never gotten that sick from Chinese food before soooo never again!

Fast Delivery and the delivery person was well-groomed and quiet. Food is hot and delicious.I ordered the sesame chicken combo and beef sticks. My egg roll was perfect. Beef sticks are tender and full of flavor. Rice is tender and hot. Chicken is hot and tender. I enjoyed my take out experience from this chinese take out place.I will be ordering again.

My food was good but it became unappetizing after I found a mini rice worm in my soy sauce. This was so disgusting to see I was so traumatized. I also found a hair in the rice. This was very VERY disgusting. I was very disappointed that I found that. I will not be ordering here ever again. This was preposterous. NEVER AGAIN. I should sue but I’m not that type of person. Please clean your place this is nasty. It took an HOUR and your telling me you couldn’t check the sou sauce. This is nasty.

This restaurant has fallen off drastically in recent years. The food is carelessly made, and the woman at the front desk is disgracefully rude and none of the employee care about service or making good food. If you are lucky enough for any of them to look up from their cell phones you’ll wish you had gone to another restaurant for your food. I’d recommend looking into any of the multitude of restaurants similar to this in the area. China King is a great substitute for this horrendous restaurant.

I recently had a girls night and used Golden Millions for some of the appetizers. I ordered dumplings and fried wontons. They arrived earlier than planned and were cold. I frantically tried to warm them before everyone arrived. The wontons were totally overcooked and not even really edible. I had asked for extra chopsticks and was not given them it was so disappointing. Not again Golden Millions.
