Ordered $60 worth of food for my family christmas dinner like we do every christmas and waited almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered and not only was my food cold and chicken wings were over cooked all 4 of my meals eggrolls and the 3 extra we ordered were missing from our order as well as any sauce to enjoy our food with was missing. I called and talked with the manager adrian and all he did was apologize and only gave us a refund of $5 and told me they couldn’t redeliver the rest of our food because they were too busy. Not only am i disappointed i am saddened that my son who only eats egg rolls is the only one without a meal on christmas. My family has been a loyal customer of golden lily for years now this just made us want to not be a customer any longer. A good buisness would have had someone redeliver what was missing especially because we only live 5 minutes down the road.

Order they told me between 55 and 61 minutes I’m okay with that they send me a tracker I’m watching that at about 10 minutes, reset to 61 minutes, I called in come immediately the girl said I have to get the owner, man gets on the phone, told me the delivery driver cancelled My order, so it was reassigned, I told him the food would be cold, and it’ll be almost 2 and a half plus hours and that was not going to work, so he then asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, no compensation of any kind, not looking for compensation,was looking for my food in a timely fashion when they did deliver themselves did not have an issue. So like the last few posts before me what’s the same issue, it’s unfortunate, not my business but I would probably get rid of the delivery, depending on somebody else’s business to make your successful,, again $65 order cancelled, 10 of those a night can hurt the bottom line.

Was great when they deluvered themselves,today uber delivered to wrong house just left it somewhere!!! After waiting an hour we called said was delivered um no sry ……offered to remake but at 8pm who wants to wait another hour .for it to go to wrong address

My daughter, went in for me, walked in to order 4 meals and 2 soups and the total was $81. My daughter called me to make sure about prices and was talking to the lady at the counter and needless to say after I spoke up she was changing things around from regular individual charged items to the actual combos my daughter had ordered. it seemed like she was trying to get more money from my 16 year old… after I called the lady out the price went from$81 to$66 for the same order, . then the food comes home missing items only one of the four meals was made fresh and it was very noticeable which was the teriyaki chicken The orange chickens I’m pretty sure where mango chicken barely had sauce and when you ate the chicken it like splintered in your mouth because it was so dry The rice had no flavor wonton soup had no flavor the egg rolls were crunchy on the outside and the cabbage on the inside was not even cooked and too tough to chew.
I love Chinese food never been here never going back It sucks because it’s really close to the house. When the manager called me back she expressed NO care concern about the poor food quality or missing items or overcharges just said oh okay you won’t come back and hung up.
