Golden leaf is not your typical chinese establishment.While it does offer takeout, it’s much better as a dine in restaurant.After seating, you will receive fresh chinese chips. We enjoyed the sesame chicken and honey garlic chicken entrees.As our main dishes, there is an option for both steamed rice and fried rice .Along with an egg roll or crab ragoon. You can expect there to be a possible wait during late lunch and dinner during snowbird season throughout the year.It is an easy dine in and dine out restaurant.Our favorite part of eating here is the white meat chicken used which never contains anything funky and is always fresh.

I got the dinner special which included appetizer, soup, and enter for $22.95. The Moo Goo Gaipan was tasty with generous portions of chicken and vegetables. I loved the perfectly seasoned Hot & Saur Soup as well as the delicious egg roll. Everything came out quickly and piping hot. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot of the strip mall. We waited about 15 minutes for a table. Well worth the wait!

When we come down from Orlando, Fl. Every time we are here our first stop is Golden Leaf. The wife gets Szechuan chicken and I get the General Tso’s chicken. It’s amazing every time! Highly recommend this place!

I googled this place and when I came in it was dead. I have my emotional support animal with me she is 9 lb and she’s a mini miniature schnauzer. 4 years old well-behaved go to doctors at Walmart’s everywhere. The lady at the front desk asked me if I was picking up or down and I told her I would like to dine in. And when I did, I had to asked the people there were four people just standing around not doing nothing and it’s the place that has no one in there whatsoever I’m the only customer. So I asked if I’m going to get any service and then they asked someone to come and serve me and the first thing he asked me was was my dog a support animal and he needed to see her identification so I asked him he asked everyone in the room with five people in the room I asked him is that the reason why I wasn’t getting services because I have an emotional support animal. After I showed them the car they said it was okay for me to eat in their establishment. I told him I didn’t really like that I would hate to disrupt their business when they had no business. I believe that they were acting prejudice towards me and my emotional support animal.

Very nice, casual dining. Service was good! Thank-you!
We opted for the Early Bird menu and the portions were large. Included a choice between 2 soups, your entre and an egg roll. We also ordered an appetizer, ribs.
We’ll be back! Next time we would like to try the crispy duck!

called for take-out and guy answered “Hello”. I said “is this Golden Leaf”, he said yes. At that point I knew it would go bad. I was told 25 minutes and I gave them my phone number twice. Get there and they did not have the order. I showed them on my phone that I called. They didn’t care and made no apologies or attempted to make it right. Just took the order again and stuck in last in line. Poorly run business and just learned they are under new ownership. Makes sense. I used to love this place but now I wont be back.

I celebrated my nomination for VP of the Maserati TC Chapter of SWFL last evening at this great restaurant. I am so glad to say that we enjoyed a marvelous evening and this place was surely one of the reasons for this outstanding gathering. Best vegetable fried rice I’ve had in quite a long time! I don’t like spicy foods due to my IBS so I requested my broccoli with garlic sauce to not have anything spicy. On point and it was perfect! Highly recommend! Woke up without pain, and with regular movements. Reminds me of a place back home in NJ called Happy Garden! 10/10 A+++
