I know Golden Crust Food and I’ve never been a fan, BUT their patty’s are always on point. Not only were THESE patty’s not good, the customer service was awful. I do love the ambiance of the restaurant, but the “young” lady who was in there was so unpleasant, so unfriendly, so unbothered, and so unconcerned. We waited 15 minutes before she acknowledged we were there. I understand that there are orders coming in from Uber, etc. At least acknowledge us and then continue. We only wanted 4 patties and a drink. The patty’s were inconsistent. Some meaty and some barely with meat. But they all tasted the same, tasteless. They were not the Golden Crust patty’s that I am use to. At least if the patty’s were good, I could overlook the service, but I’m sure I won’t be back.

I used to love Golden krust. But every location is not the same. This will be my last time going here to eat. This location is by far the worst golden Krust I’ve ever been too. The food has no taste horrible portions I ordered a large oxtail I got bones they said they ran out in the back, and continued to charge me for a large. If I could get this place shutdown I’d do it myself. Shame on the company for not having standards across their locations. Distasteful

Worst “Jamaican” food I’ve ever had. I cannot believe how terrible this place is, I’ve never been this dissatisfied over a Caribbean restaurant. It was about $60 down the drain. The plantain smell like stinking foot, the chicken tough like rubber, the rice stale, nothing is good here.The food is DAYS old probably weeks old, nowhere near fresh. The manager was rude about my families reviews and complaints about it. I’m surprised this place isn’t shut down knowing how much 1 star review they have. Whoever is responding to all the other reviews needs to show their true colors because the way my family was treated is NOT okay.

I ordered two ackee and salt fish breakfast plates. I was concerned that for the price ($35) the portions were not as much as usual and the food looked overcooked and dried out. I buy this dish often and that food should have never been sold to anyone in such poor quality. I returned to the store to ask for a refund and was denied as there are no refunds. Ok I accepted that but I was not offered any other alternative. I was told by the owner that ackee is expensive and she’s not gonna take a loss by offering me something in exchange. Other disappointing things were said but ultimately no accountability in this situation when she saw for herself that the food should not have been served to anyone at any cost.

Today, I treated myself to Curry Chicken with rice and peas, accompanied by boiled cabbage for lunch at Golden Krust Caribbean Cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, which was cooked to perfection. The staff member who prepared it was polite and friendly. Although I typically dine in, I opted for a takeaway this time since I was running late. Finding a vacant spot in the shared car park can be challenging during peak times. However, it was not a problem for me today as I travelled on my electric scooter.

We called prior to coming to ask if they sell Caribbean Gold coconut water and the lady that answered said yes. We asked are you sure because we are 1 hour 1/2 hours away and she said yes we have Caribbean Gold coconut water…We made the almost 2 hours drive and the lady offers my husband Royal Montego coconut water and said it’s the same thing…he bought one and brought it to the car for me to try, it taste nothing like what I asked for…smh as a pregnant woman, I’m so upset and disappointed…and we were going to buy food too, but due to her dishonesty, we changed our mind…
Update: I called back the store and the lady was so rude and saying she made a mistake and that she have people driving over 2 hours to their restaurant blah blah like it doesn’t matter that I drove this far…she was so disrespectful…so I hung up and call Corporate on her…unno ah guh stop ramp wid ppl and then unno wonder why ppl ah call ice pon us

We ordered several items. There was nothing seasoned right. The food was edible but we chose to throw the jerk wings in the trash and ordered better food from another place. I do not recommend this place in you want anything close to what you think your going to get. But if you are starving it is edible.

Please read the reviews first. Golden trust franchise needs to inspect this place. I never taste su h nasty food in my life. Was visiting on vacation and wanted some oxtails and randomly came across a golden krust. Against my better judgement, I didn’t check the reviews. I was happy to find d a spot in Orlando. i drove 30 minutes. Unfortunately for me, I wasted $60 worth of food that went in the garbage. Like other reviews, not one drop of seasoning, it appears they drop browning on the oxtails and call it done. Omg, and the rice and peas like other reviews taste like 2 weeks old. I don’t know if they mass producing the food, but they need to close until they hire an authentic cook. Golden krust needs to do a quality check on this place. Even the sorel and ginger were flat come on and so better. If you want good food drive to Negril restaurant there food is good and you won’t be disappointed.
