Staff was friendly and the restaurant clean. The music was solid. The food was not good at all. The rice in rice and peas was severely undercooked and not edible. The brown stew chicken was old and dried out and the cabbage had a weird flavor. The plantains were cold and old tasting.

As you walk in it gives you that island feel. The customer service was good, very friendly and helpful staff. This place is very clean.
They have a great selection of options to choose from on their menu. We decided to get the curry goat which comes with cabbage and a rice of your choice. We got rice & peas a long with a side of plantain which was a small extra charge.
The food was so delicious and filling. Curry goat is spicy but so good. Can you believe my plate was a small? I couldn’t even eat all! Highly recommend.

WOW !!!! This place screams ” forward Jamaica ” !!!! From the music when you walk in to the delicious food. I think my server was Diana and she was great.. she explained everything they had and helped me with my choice thank God because I had no idea what to order but I was hungry. When you walk in they have everything behind glass like buffet style and you order from there. I must say I had to buy 2 soda’s because this wonderful and tasty food comes with the heat but if you don’t want heat they have other things without the fire. I love the heat so I had the Curry Chicken with the rice and beans with plantains and everything was delicious . I will be back for sure… The only thing this place needs is more foot traffic. It’s kind of hidden and tucked in the corner of the shopping plaza. Regretfully I’ve been passing this place for awhile but now I know. Ladies and gentlemen this place rocks !!!! If your in the Waterford lakes area come check it out you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy and stay hungry !!!!

Every time I visit this Golden Krust location I always regret it. I ordered a small oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage and also a small jerk chicken with the same sides. Our food is barely edible. They fill your plate with rice but the rice is HARD and the oxtail was not tender. I thought if I went mid afternoon the food would be better. What a waste of $40.

Worst, I feel like I’m eating rice soup next time I should watch what they’re doing because I never expected them to pour like half the gravy in there to the point where I have to make some fresh rice at home just to be able to eat this. I took a chance coming there when I usually go somewhere else I’m not coming back.

After a long four-hour flight, I stopped to purchase Jamaican food for myself and my children. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
I ordered curry goat with white rice; however, the rice was undercooked. I also ordered fried chicken with white rice, and both the chicken and rice were dry. Additionally, the beef patty was served cold, and the sugar bun was dry.
Due to the poor quality of the sugar bun, I asked if it could be exchanged for a beef patty. I was informed by the staff member that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy was especially frustrating given the quality issues with the food. To make matters worse, I found a piece of plastic in the curry goat.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable, particularly after traveling for so many hours, and it raises serious concerns about food quality and safety.

Highly disappointed and discouraged, I don’t know if this act was committed by the delivery driver or restaurant. But my money was spent and taking advantage of ..I ordered oxtails which I received but the eating up beef patty bag left inside was diabolical?? And the patty wasn’t received. At least have a decency to discard the trash. Stealing food or not honoring your menu is uncalled for.

Good Jerk Chicken, but the patties were a little bit of a disappointment. The dough was not as flaky as it could have been and the filling was just ok. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous. Service was friendly. I’d come back for more jerk chicken and to try the curry goat.
