It was our first time trying curried goat, and lemme tell ya, it was DELICIOUS. Goat has such a savory flavoring that I very much enjoyed. We got some beef patties and jerk wings to go with it and those were also amazing! The spice was enjoyable and I like how the scotch bonnet flavor tingles my lips. Thank you to the gentlemen that served us fresh, delicious food! We can’t wait to go back again.

If you have not eaten here you are Missing Out. I won’t even tell you about how incredible the Ox Tail is since that’s not what I had today. Today’s lunch, Jerk Chicken… Side were Beans/Rice and Cabbage. Absolutely delicious. And don’t forget to get a side of Spicy Sauce. The flavor is unmatched. Total cost was right around $20 and It will take care of my lunch for two days. If I stopped for fast food for two days, I would spend more than $20 for food that doesn’t measure up. Please stop in and give them a shot.

I absolutely love Golden Krust! The food is always amazing and fresh every single time I visit. I usually order the veggie plate and it never disappoints. I’ve been coming to this location since I was 26 years old and now I’m 30, and the quality has stayed consistently great. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Heading home and thought I would grab a Spinach patty to snack on, bad idea at this location. Spent North of $4 on a burnt inedible crust, I would have taken it back for a refund but the traffic saved them because of this experience i wouldn’t trust their food….VERY IMPORTANT NOTE Golden Krust is A patty company not REALLY A JAMAICAN RESTAURANT..so my advice to them get the patties right all the time FIRST..

I hate to have to leave this rating but I’d be remised if I didn’t. I spent over $60 on food for me and my husband. Unfortunately, once we got home and opened our food, it was evident that the food was spoiled. Specifically, the cabbage. It wreaked of being spoiled and bad. We tried to eat everything around it but ended up throwing it all away. Truly disappointing to waste money. My jerk chicken patty was however fresh and good. My husband is easy to please, however, he says that he doesn’t want to go back.

Ordered on 07/25/25 at 12:30pm Worst Jamaican food I have ever eaten in my 37 years. Plantains were dry, Mac and cheese was dry, Jerk chicken tasted like plain baked chicken. Cabbage was mediocre. The only thing deserving to eat this food is a stray dog on the street I wouldn’t even feed this to my pet dog. But at least the food wasn’t cold.

Wasted $15. Bought 3 beef patties with cheese, got almost all the way home (45 minutes away) and tried to eat one and they’re all chicken curry patties. It tastes like a thick over powering curry paste I don’t even taste the chicken. Im getting over a cold so i couldn’t smell them when I got the bag or i would’ve taken it back in immediately. Glad I didn’t let my child take a bite of one because they’re allergic to curry. Yall need to do a better job of making sure paying customers get what they actually paid for.

I recently visited the restaurant and, unfortunately, had another unpleasant experience with one of the young staff members. On several occasions, she has been rude and condescending, and her attitude seems to be getting worse. She is often impatient and dismissive. During my most recent interaction, she even hung up on me, which I found very unprofessional.
I attempted to reach the owner, who has always been pleasant in the past, but I was given the runaround and could not get through. It is disappointing because the business itself has potential, but this employee’s behavior may eventually cost them customers if it continues.

I always come at least once a month, best coco bread and beef patties anywhere near newnan! They are always fairly quick and courteous, come try the ox tail!!
