yall i almost chewed this plate up. this is so good! the cabbage is some of the best jamaican cabbage i’ve had. the only thing i can say is i wish the oxtails were a little less fatty but other than that yall this meal is worth the price and it’s also a lot of food, probably enough to feed 2 people tbh. def will be coming back

The first time I came there maybe 3 months ago, the curry goat was phenomenal but today, on a Friday around 7 pm, the goat was watered down, I asked for gravy on the white rice and the gravy was watery. It wasn’t cooked with love, when I spend my money on Jamaican food, I’d like to feel like it’s Jamaican food. It didn’t give what was expected. Please bring the cook from 3 months ago.

My dad took us to this location. The customer service is good. The food is delicious. This location gives big portions for your money. In the video, it is the beef patty. The pictures are of ox tails, curry chicken, and beef patties. I recommend this location.

The customer service is atrocious. You have people looking dead in your face walking around going in and out of the back kitchen area, while one person is waiting on folks. When this store first opened up, I suppose the owners were trying to set the precedence, however, if you’re not going pay people a decent salary to work there, as an owner get in there yourself and build back your customer base. I waited 15 minutes for three sides of vegetables. It’s like there is no motivation to ensure a great customer service experience. Makes sense why it was dead empty in the middle of the lunch hour. Sad because I was excited and hopeful for this restaurant during their grand opening.

My wife spotted this location while driving so this was our first visit. Clean, neat, spacious, plenty of chairs, and a good selection. I do apologize for the darkness of the photos, but this was one of the lunch special selections: several pieces of 1 meat and 2 veggies. Chopped up jerk chicken, cabbages with peas, brown rice, a planktan, and I asked if they could drizzle some curry on the rice for a smooth garnish.

I stopped by on my lunch break because I’d been craving some mac and cheese. When I arrived, there was only a small portion left, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked if I could have a fresh batch made, but the server told me no — that I would have to take what was left.
I also ordered chicken, which was dry and tasted old, and the spinach patty was so tough I couldn’t even bite into it. I spent over $20 and wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy supporting local businesses in my community, but this visit was a letdown.

Food was horrible.. I was unable to eat. Taste like old left overs, smh. Didn’t want to go back and risk an argument, so I reached out to GrubHub customer service. They refunded $30

Food was ok.. There are other GK that cook better. The food taste is not consistent across the brand. They more likely have the same type of food across the brand but taste here needs some improvement.

Congratulations you have had 100% terrible service for all the years I have visited. The most recent was my asking for a receipt and the cashier turning the terminal around for me to take a picture. She was so busy being nonchalant and trying to get back to the table conversation she was having with the other employees that she rushed through the transaction not noticing I hit the prompt for a printout. No one was up to serve when I entered and seem inconvenienced when they did. Cut it out!!!! If you don’t want to provide good customer service stay home!!!!! There is competition opening two buildings down. No position is secure in the new economy.
