2nd bad experience…I’m Done!!Overpriced for food I Can’t even eat, my neighbor dog got it instead, the entire plate. Da Food Dry Out Bad, like it’s 2-3 days old, No Exaggerating at All!..Da place Fell Off BAD!..And ya kno, I Never give reviews, but this was so bad I just had to , plus I’m in Nassau County now tho..this is Ridiculous!! Ordered via uber eats. . I purchased a small and large callaloo and salt fish. The meals were saturated in oil, mushy, tasteless, and not a piece of salt fish in the meals. I ordered this before and never had a problem. Disgusted and disappointed .

Definitely one of my favorites spots to get spicy beefy Patties . The rice & peas is definitely one of my favorite side dishes . The beverages they have there are beyond delicious . I would recommend coming here for a taste of some really good food .also purchased some sauce !

This place is one of the original locations and still there. I decided to go in to experience authentic Caribbean cuisine. I could smell the aroma when I parked. Portion sizes are good and if you are hungry go for the large. Generous sauce and great flavors when I had the Jerk Chicken with rice and beans with some cabbage and plantains which were dry. Friendly counter service with a smile.

I usually go out of my way to get golden krust , but today I worked close to this one and ordered a large goat curry. I wasn’t even asked what sides or rice I wanted. I let that slide since I was excited for their goat curry (which is one of my favorite curries btw from the chain). Oh boy was I disappointed… the curry looked like it was couple of days old and didn’t have the flavor it usually have. It lacked the spices that I usually love when ordering the goat curry from golden krust. Appearance wise it looked like a vomit thrown on a plate of rice. I’m just very disappointed because I am super upset and about to throw it out after eating one bite when usually I eat happily eat the dish in less than ten minutes. I never post negative reviews and give food places a benefit of a doubt but this one was pretty bad. I’m really upset I spent 20 dollars for something that taste disgusting and inedible. Also idk how this dish came out to be over 20 when the board advertise it for 16.99. .

Food was so disgusting. I ordered king fish and the fish was like cardboard. I had to double check that the plantains were actually plantains, they could not rip.
I then moved on to the bun and cheese. It tasted as if it was washed in the laundry, or maybe it was some hair product or cleaning product taste.

Stopped by for a spicy beef patty. I do think that Golden Crust has one of the best beef patties but I have only tasted a few other spots. I did not try any other of their food since I was just looking for more of snack. The spicy beef patty was flavorful with the right amount of kick. As for the service…it was ok the cashier was not that friendly. She seemed more annoyed with me than actually wanting to help me. She did let me try the fruit cake and vaguely told me what it was but we live in a country where there are a lot of varieties of food and we will not be all educated on them. So please be more patient with the people that don’t know much about your culture but are willing to learn

I went to this establishment for jerk chicken and cabbage. They served me 3 day or older chicken. It was stale. The cabbage on the other hand was delicious . I would suggest this establishment rethink serving old food. I also purchased bun and cheese. It was very delicious. This is the only thing I would circle around to get….
