Love Golden Glow. Never had a bad experience. Until today. The night staff Felicia has the worst attitude, spilt my husband drink on the other drinks because she was in a horrible mood. Other then that staff that works there is amazing and smiling drinks are really yummy

I was made the wrong drink, I asked for cold brew protein drink and was given a blended drink. I asked to make me something by else and they wanted to charge me!! Soccer and sports grandma, go to latte at the Lancaster location before bundling up at the games. it is a tradition to do cake pops and cocoa before practice when I drive the kids. The staff has been pleasant and I like the access for this location.

Golden Glo has become my new favorite coffee shop in our area. Always get my coffee right, and I am picky. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that they are more expensive than other coffee places. Had their avacado toast the other day and it was great!

We moved to this area almost a year ago and quickly noticed an abundance of coffee stands all over. Golden Glo has hands down been our favorite of them all. I’m a once a week customer, and usually get the hubby the Triple Divide as a treat when the kids are wearing him down ha! Think of the Triple Divide as a more decadent and flavorful version of the frapp at sbux (you can never go back after this). A majority of the time I can never remember the name of that drink, but they always are able to decipher what i’m trying to describe when my brain just isn’t there yet; I find this very impressive! And they’re always nice about it too.
We also tried their sausage breakfast burritos recently as well at the downtown location. Really good burrito, good salsa. Just wish there was a bigger option for the burrito tbh. But I would say it is still good value for what you’re paying.
Overall great girls working here, awesome customer service (saying a lot for any food industry). We will be customers for life 🙂

This is such a hole in the wall coffee kiosk… and the best Pumpkin Spice Latte in town. We’ve tried 5 different PSLs in CDA, and Golden Glo serves up the best. I don’t know what kind of Pumpkin spice flavor they use, maybe it’s their own concoction. But it’s worth the extra driving time for us in the fall!

Friendly service, however they refused to remake a drink I did not like (too sweet). They suggested pouring out the drink& adding club soda to make it less sweet. Considering I paid $5 for the beverage, I do not want to pour out what I paid for just so club soda could be added. From personal experience as a barista and just going to other coffee shops, I feel like re making the drink so the customer drives away happy is basic barista etiquette.

Consistent…ly bad. Don’t let the number of locations fool you. They aren’t expanding because the coffee is good. Their milk is never steamed properly and their shots are like water. Take it from a 15 year coffee vet and certified barista, golden glo is all hype.
