This place was amazing!! Was on the way home and stopped for gas and saw this restaurant with amazing reviews.We stopped and quickly saw how nice and genuine the people were in here . Our waitress was amazing she checked on us and made sure everything was okay. Such a warm feeling when in there.The food is absolutely amazing and came out super fast. If you’re near by you definitely need to try this place absolutely delicious!!❤️ (Amazing table to honor our fallen soldiers as well ).

Really nice restaurant. Next to i75. All the employees were really nice. The food was really good. Had the country fried steak with fried okra and curly fries- the gravy was definitely homemade. Comparable to Cracker Barrel. The Rueben was really good, with homemade thousand island to the side so you can put as much on your sandwich. The fries were awesome, thick like steak fries. Had the red velvet cake (no pic). It was homemade as well. Definitely stop!!

Great southern home cooking. They have lots of vegetable side including fried okra and delicious turnip greens. I had fried chicken livers (I know.. I like em) which were cooked perfectly. They do breakfast as well.

GREAT place for all day breakfast! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly to order. This gravy is NOT from a can or powder, but tastes like it’s straight from your grandma’s kitchen. This is THE best breakfast gravy I think I’ve ever tasted at a restaurant. Eggs were great, potatoes were fantastic, and the bacon was even cooked to order (extra crisp)! Absolutely no comparison with Waffle House and Cracker Barrel (and it’s cheaper!!).

We just stopped in & ordered carryout after a long drive. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Young Blake is an excellent doorman! The food was amazing, especially considering how quickly we were able to order and receive our Togo order! We declined dessert, but they looked amazing! I highly recommend the fried okra!

We had the catfish, potato and onions and corn nuggets. The best food and great service! The catfish was the best I have ever had! I can’t wait to go back!!! Great atmosphere also. It’s like being home. The log cabin is very cozy and relaxing.

Go there often! We love the mom/pop food and atmosphere. The log cabin walls covered in UT Vols memorabilia are a great touch. Good daily specials and great staff to welcome you. It’s pretty close off Interstate 75, easy on and off. Bring extra $$ for a tee shirt!

Great ma and pa restaurant just off the interstate. I had the country fried steak breakfast and it was delicious! Waitress was nice but it took a while for the food to come out. Has a cute little log cabin feel with Tennessee Vols memorabilia on the walls. (sorry, no Golden Girls tv show theme) Great place for a sit down, home cooked meal.

Broasted chicken was crispy and juicy and the biscuits are some of the best I’ve had. 8 of us in our group with no complaints at all. Excellent service with a nice atmosphere and top quality home cooking at reasonable prices. Only sad part was looking at an empty plate!
