Like everything prices have gone up here quite a bit. Donuts start at $2 and fancier donuts are $3.50 or more. They are still very good. We like their croissants too. We just don’t buy as much. They are happy to accept credit cards.

The exterior of this establishment is rather nondescript but once inside I only need to look through the display case at the wide assortment of baked goodies to find inner delight just to be near all this sugary goodness. Roughly translated, I come back again and again for the doughnuts which are fresh and light. I have never been disappointed. An extra bonus — the people behind the counter have been kind and cheerful.

Not going to lie. This is one of the better breakfast sandwiches in oakland for the price. $7.50 and made to order. So many cafes trying to charge $12-15 for a breakfast sandwich these days.

I love this donut shop. I’ve been going there for awhile now. I try to go every morning to get coffee or tea and a donut. The donuts are fresh and delicious. The owner is very nice. He also sells lots of lottery tickets and his shop is know as a “lucky retailer”. It’s never too busy and the personal attention to each customer makes the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend this donut shop 🙂
