Lovely restaurant. My wife was working in the area and decided to pick up some take out for dinner; 2nd best decision she made in her life, next to marrying me . Everything tasted so fresh!!! They did not half a** anything. Their eggrolls are a must try, extremely fresh!

New to the neighborhood so when I asked for a delivery she hung up and then when I called back and said I’ll pick she then proceeded to give me nasty attitude and charged me $1.50 extra per combination because I asked for chicken fried rice instead of pork and vegetable egg rolls instead of pork egg rolls. Extra charge according to her not sure how or why but ok. Horrible service and nasty attitude to a kind over paying customer. P.s fix your A.C feels like a sweat shop in there.

I do not understand what the big deal is. I even offered to pay extra. Why would I get white rice and buy fried rice on the side. I just want to understand. other than that the place is great!

We just ordered from this restaurant and by far, pleasantly impressed by the experience!!! The order came in fast and everything that was asked for was included. The food was AMAZING!!! Hands down the BEST Chinese food in NJ!!! Everything was so fresh and tasty, you could tell that they prepare their food once ordered because I know cooking and this was amazing food!!!

Best chinese take-out in the area. Always tastes fresh never greasey. Vegetables got that crunch still which I enjoy. I’ve had the fried rice, boneless spareribs, Vegetable mei fun which is my go to and you can taste each individual components, not like most Chinese restaurants where everything tastes the same. Not here! Even the spring rolls something so simple, but I can taste the ginger the carrots to the cabbage. Lived in Jamesburg all my life and been surrounded by plenty of places that open then close then open up and close again. Golden Garden has been in the same spot since I was a little troublemaker running the streets. And I was still always welcome in for a delicious bite to eat. One of the hardest working family owned businesses. Respect
