The food it worth the price it’s inexpensive for how large the proportions are. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing. The service was awesome every few minutes we had someone asking if we needed anything and brought out multiple smaller plates so me and my family could share. Over all 10/5 star visit we will be coming by when down here

Typical small-town Chin-Amer fare, not memorable, but not bad either. Very generous with fresh vegs, and decent use of spices–that can be absent in these farming communities. It seemed to be run by an Hispanic family, which is not unusual if you are familiar with Othello, WA. As stated by the late Anthony Bourdain, Mex chefs are the most versatile on the planet, and can duplicate any type of cuisine. Wifey wanted Asian, and this is the only game in town for that. Made her happy, and I was fine with it all. Never did find a fountain of gold, though… 😉

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never been more ashamed of customer service in my life ( and I’ve worked customer service. ) My family & I came here for a late lunch early dinner we were greeted in a friendly manner and seated quickly. We all agreed on the family meal #A. & the orange chicken we were informed about the spice levels and ordered mild. We received 2 of the egg drop which we had no issue with since only 2 people wanted. I took one bite of the soup and a few minutes later had a reaction ( no gallbladder) which I had to run to the ladies room. Once I was back at the table the food had arrived to which I noticed the orange chicken was red not orange which I knew wouldn’t be what I would consider mild. My aunt proceeded to inform the waitress that Noone (other that our teenager which didn’tlike it ) of at the table could eat the orange chicken due to the spice level. The waitress told us that this was the wild orange chicken & that once we had a bite of the food we couldn’t exchange it for anything else. She even called her supervisor over which told us its what the chef made and didn’t even offer to resolve the issue. Im very disappointed that we had to pay for an item we couldn’t eat. Upon letting another waitress informed us that there was a no spice option which we were not given.

No one in the place but us. I asked the waiter for hot sauce. He left never came back. Mind you no one is in the restaurant. I complained to him about his service he walked away laughing. Very unprofessional. Acts like he owns the place and just does not care about anything. Also 60 dollars for two chicken chow main plates and one beer. Very unprofessional and prices way too high.

Wow , this was something I have never experienced before , and hopefully never again. If you are going to serve in restaurant dining , put the food on an actual plate with real cutlery, you know full service. EVERYTHING is presented for you to leave as soon as possible, and we were totally confused when all our food came in take out containers at the table ??! While eating our incredibly BLAND I heard the person behind me order his drink when the waitress seemed to get upset and in a loud voice told there is no tea or coffee , so he asked for water , to which she replied , twice , cold or warm , like really ?? Hubby and I are disappointed to say the least as this was not a cheap meal, we ended up bringing most of it home to try and save it somehow. As for the sign on the door about lack of willing workers , ask your competition how they are attracting good workers , close your dining room and be total pick up/ take out. Very sad and disappointed

The phone number listed was incorrect, I have since updated it. The menu has changed, so I am posting updated pictures of the new menu. Combination plates have been removed from the menu. Ordered sumgum chicken chow mein, golden fountain fried rice, “orange chicken”, general Tso’s chicken and “spring rolls”. The “orange chicken,” as you can see in the pictures, is just general Tso’s chicken with two orange slices placed on top. I also ordered my general Tso’s as “hot”, and the orange chicken was supposed to be “mild” for my daughter, I had my wife blind taste them both to confirm my suspicions, it was in fact the same dish in both boxes but sold as two different dishes.

I ordered crab puffs and orange chicken from here and liked the food but the quality has gone down in my opinion. I ordered the orange chicken mild but it came out red and spicy and had an orange slice on top. I still liked it but my sister couldn’t eat it.

Never have I ever wanted to call the health department on a restaurant and I will!

First, it’s dirty! Booths look like they aren’t cleaned daily or even thoroughly cleaned after each guest! Food and dust on everything! The dishes had grease and food residue on absolutely EVERY DISH! Plates, saucers, cups, and silverware. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like!

The food was absolutely terrible! Basic “fried rice” wasn’t flavored at all! No seasoning, hardly any veggies or meat. They might as well just serve white rice at this point. I ordered BBQ pork and it was clearly microwaved to death! Dry and hard! The orange chicken didn’t taste anything like orange chicken! I’ve literally had better from the grocery store freezer section. The Golden Fountain Chow Mein was terrible, thin noodles with no flavor, over cooked and greasy for no reason. We ordered other things but it doesn’t matter because it was all just terrible, a waste of money. I wouldn’t trust this place to serve me water, which ironically is what I got and it wasn’t good either. How do you mess up serving water?! I’ll tell you! There was residue on the cup and floaters in my water! It looked like a toddler drank out off it.

This place is unsanitary, careless, and dangerous! Stay away from this place! You’ve been warned.

We’ve come here every year for about ten years in a row now. The service is always fast and friendly (they treat you like family!), the food is always great, and the prices are good for the amount of food you get. We came with three people total and barely made a dent in our three person meal (Family Meal C) but it was all fantastic. We will definitely come again next year and keep the tradition going!
