Wow, this is a really great place to try at least once, but trust me, you’ll want to go back. The waitress lady was so friendly and had a warm presence. The food was really authentic and tasted unique versus other Americanized Chinese places I’ve had. The egg drop soup was delicious and was very creamy. Not watered down like others. I tried the spring rolls, which were okay. I prefer mine steamed, and these were fried. Also had this soup dish with steak and vegetables. It was more than I could handle. Great flavor and tender steak. This is an awesome little establishment. I plan to visit again when I deliver in the area.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and it continues to be one of our favorites. We always come back not just for the food, but for the welcoming, family-like feeling every time we visit. The hot tea is the best around, and the fried rice is consistently excellent, along with so many other dishes. It’s one of those places that feels familiar and comforting, and the quality never disappoints.

Was amazing food! The best tasting Chinese food we have had in a long time! Atmosphere was a little gruff but it’s the old saying “don’t judge a book by its cover!”

This is so good! The restaurants atmosphere is adorable and so friendly. The older woman who seated and took our orders was incredibly sweet! The food is great and the drinks are too! I was so surprised to see a bad review on this restaurant. Crazy how anyone could NOT like this place. The food was delicious. If you want authentic food and great service in the LC valley this is definitely the place to go. 10/10 recommend. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

Love love love this Lewiston historical restaurant! True Chinese cooking and I haven’t had an unpleasant experience ever here. Our friends, who moved from California to live up here, they are very picky about their Chinese dining options, and they said this is one of the best places they’ve ever had in their lives! Lots of parking! Great egg flower soup! My Dad and I love their lunch options!

Afternoon cravings for pork and seeds led us to this adorable little restaurant. A sign on the door stated they were understaffed and to be patient, but we were promptly greeted with an elderly woman who was also our server. She was kind and gentle with our special needs child, engaging with understanding and compassion. The restaurant was clean, the food came out quickly, and was absolutely delicious. Prices fair and large portions. $75 for family of 4.

The staff was friendly and it was quiet which was perfect for a little date night after work, when I was asked how spicy I wanted my food and I said as spicy as you could I wasn’t disappointed, the food was good and the portions were perfect. My husband said the rice was slightly overcooked but I personally liked it that way. Overall we had a good time 🙂

If you order the curry, and you tell them not too spicy, just know, it’s still going to be covered in bits of VERY SPICY red pepper. Needless to say i didn’t eat my meal, and had no plans to return. The young man who works there saw us talking to some other customers several days later and came out to personally apologize for the mistake. I thought that was pretty remarkable and so i will probably try again, since i do enjoy their egg rolls.

I was there last night. Service was great, food was delicious, but that god forsaken sauce for my spring rolls. Disgusting. A disgrace to my taste buds. A whole bite of my spring roll wasted. No one deserves the agony of tasting such a condiment. It needs to be gone.
