Golden Dragon Restaurant

My ordering process was horribly rushed. It took the food over an hour to be delivered and I only had a single order for myself. When the food finally arrived, I’m terrified to eat it. The chicken had a weird taste. The shrimp egg fu yung was not egg. It was undercooked batter that looked like it could be egg but looking up close, it was nowhere close to egg. The gravy was not at all what I’m used to. It was oddly tangy. Almost like a teriyaki sauce for gravy. It was awful. I know the reviews were low but I decided to just give them a shot anyway. Now I regret it and want my money back. I would call the restaurant to make mention but I know they’ll only rush me off the phone like they did when they were taking my order.

The food was burnt and when I call let them know they offered me a 15 percent discount on my next order! The person I talked to said it was just a little dark then what i was use to seeing (how would they know this over the phone). I did a side by side picture after ordering from Great wall. I ended up throwing out 31$ worth of food bc how bad it was….SAVE YOUR MONEY DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!!! In the picture this places food is on the left, Great wall is on the right…you decide

Although people sent bad reviews in the past, that doesn’t mean to immediately overlook the establishment. I just ordered food from here today and I am very satisfied with my order. The food was amazing.
The delivery time was very good especially considering the order was for a party of 8. 10/10 would recommend.

Have ordered from them many times but this time it took over 90 minutes for delivery, food was cold, 2 egg rolls missing and when I called was hung up on. Every other time we have ordered food arrived quickly and hot. This time was the total opposite. I spent 29 bucks before tip on cold food. It was cold enough that all u could really taste was the grease. When I called to ask about the egg rolls that the menu said was supposed to come with each platter she argued that they were in the bag when they were not. Then she kept telling me that it was cold because when you fry things they only stay hot for 5-10 minutes and if I want it hot I should come up there to order and eat. Then she hung up the phone on me. Very rude and we will never again order from there. If I could have given negative stars I would have.

The order was placed through beyond menu , everything about this order was wrong. The food was wrong. It took two hours to get the food. When the food finally arrived it had been smashed and tipped over sauces leaked all over everything even the dessert cookies , the food was cold . the driver says that’s how she picked it up I called beyond, on two different I called beyond , throughout the two hour ordeal and explain to them I had somewhere to be and I would like a refund, On the first contact they said the order had been picked up 10 minutes prior to that call , I waited another 40 minutes and made another phone call to beyond , still no arrival still no refund on the second phone call they did everything they could to try to tell me that they couldn’t refund they just wanted to get a hold of the restaurant and see what was going on well that’s when the girl pulled in almost two hours later with my food . I would not recommend this restaurant at all on delivery and actually the food was horrible tasting also

Placed an order from this establishment for delivery. 1 hr and 20 min later I hadn’t received my order. Called them to inquire, female said it was on its way. called back 20 min later and told her to forget it, to cancel my order. she became irate. said I couldn’t and hung up. called her back to get confirmation number that my order was canceled. she told me not to call again or she would call the cops. WORST EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

It took 2 hours for my food to arrive. Once it did it was kind of warm I guess. The delivery driver didn’t have exact change. I will not order from them again and I suggest no one else does either. They rush you off the phone and really don’t not care at all about their customers.

My order online with the beyond menu app, it seems very easy. When my order arrived it was cold and it was wrong. My honey walnut shrimp was raw on the inside. I called them to let them know my concerns and was told that they would fix it on my next order. There will not be a next order. Very unhappy and wasted my money.

We ordered our food at 6PM. We called multiple times and was told that it would be to us in 15 minutes (it never showed). At 10PM we called again and they said we never ordered even though we had an order number and the money was taken out of our account. The manager called us and said they’d deliver it tomorrow. The service was terrible through phone calls and the delivery was beyond slow and non existent. Will not be ordering from here again.
