Golden Krane’s regular menu is consistently good. I tend to reorder the same menu items from there and they are always good. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I tried the sushi this time and it was a letdown, it looked premade and did not taste fresh.

I really wish I could leave a positive review however I have never been more disappointed or felt unappreciated as a customer. Never argue over a customers dissatisfaction. You should always make it right. I love sushi and eat it regularly. I’ve never had a rainbow sushi roll with pineapple juice on top of it. Pineapple juice cooks the fish so when I presented the sushi to my husband we were both unsure of quality. Brought the sushi back and was told it was a sauce on it. I’ve never had sushi that comes with sauce and if it comes with a sauce I ask for it to not be included. On the menu the items I ordered did not say there was any thing but the fish and rice yet they had sauce. When I brought it back I was not taken serious about my concerns and I don’t feel like my business mattered. They almost didn’t want to refund me then only want to refund half. Very uncaring for the customer. I only got a refund for 2 of the untouched items.. would never go back again or recommend to anyone else there on business. I’m not saying your food is bad just customer service part. I’m sure your food is good but atmosphere is a huge part of the experience and that you failed on..

Really enjoyed our meal. We went directly after we left church and it wasn’t crowded. Had the Lobster Roll as an appetizer and it was off-the-chain good. The lobster roll was also a bit pricey ($13.95, if I remember correctly) but it was large and was plenty for 2 adults. Our meals themselves were good and less than $10 each. Wait staff were all very nice and attentive. We will be back.

This is a favorite lunch time stop for my girlfriend and I. The staff is very nice, if a little overwhelmed at times. Prices are reasonable. They have smaller lunch specials for under $9 and the Bento boxes are always filling and full of tasty goodness. As with most restaurant, they have their off days, but they are rare. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoy eating here as a family or on date night. It’s very reasonably priced when we go out as a family of 4 spending $35-45 isn’t bad for a sit down restaurant. Our servers have always been pleasant and timely. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Great service, great food, and a very gentle and warm atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing dinner, lunch, whatever you’re in the mood for. Our food came quickly, the decor is beautiful, and everything is nice and clean. My boyfriend and I both got hibachi, and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend this restaurant!
