The Golden corral buffet in Lake Elsinore, California, The dining experience here left a lot to be desired. Usually, I visit golden corral for the Veterans Day dinner and every time I visit for that they are truly setting the bar for excellence. However, this visit I’m sad to report was not the situation. The steak was extremely fatty and grizzly. The situation was so dismal that my wife absolutely refused to eat anything from the buffet. My daughter and I both sat down with our plates. We were like why aren’t you eating anything and she was like everything looks like it’s stale and it’s been left out all day so she went back to the cashier and asked for a refund. My daughter and I should’ve followed the same same suit… I should’ve known by the completely empty parking lot at 6:30 that this was not the place to eat

Really awesome presentation here soon as I walked in and noticed the entire restaurant and kitchen and especially the food bars!! Everything smelled delicious and look very freshly-made! The manager was more than polite and generous with the greeting as we walked in and we felt right at home! I gave him a heads-up about my review and he was more than happy to let me snap a few flicks so you guys enjoy! I recommend everyone to bring your family and friends and come enjoy some good food this is like your Grandma’s kitchen!

Food was good. There is usually something for everyone. 4 adults just under 100.00 with drinks. Best part is all you can eat steak cooked to order. Not the best cuts of meat. Some steaks are more fatty or have gristle but juicy and flavorful. Over all worth it. Good service, attentive staff.

Their method used in cooking steak, as well as many other method have a tendency to greatly reduce the qualities if any to be found in their choice of food… in addition they could infancy many of their sides and garnishment by buying in greater quantities of ( real ) foods rather than promoting items like margins over butter,, dairy verse non-dairy even if they were to use a powder milk or American cheese, one last thing, boiling , steamed,or roasting rice, beans, and even the cheapest cuts of animal (beef, pork, chicken, fish, shell fish, or these mixed into salads and casaroles, baked cheese dishes like potatoes aùgratin, and other roots vegetables like rutabaga, sweet potato, tunips, carrots,or even baked stuffed zucchini, or mushrooms..would greatly be appreciated by the public and greatly increase their profits…prepared or canned actually decrease your profits

Server was being mindless and took everything from my table when I got up to get more food. Came back to people sitting at my table. Told server I wasnt done and they simply ignored me. Didnt offer to replace anything and made me ask for more utensils. Couldn’t finish my meal without a drink and was already too bothered to ask for another thing(there were also no other servers) so I left. Learn how to treat single customers better. This was a terrible experience.

The food is mediocre. Theres alot to be desired as there’s a lack of choices. Many of the hot items were luke warm at best. The service is courteous! The restaurant is dated and a bit pricey for what you get or in this case dont get… avoid lunch as it seems like dinners leftovers!
