This place started taking off food from the buffet at 7pm and are still charging full price for dinner, the staff also was not helpful. Floors are really gross consistently every time I come here.
– there were no plates and we had to wait 15 min for some
– there were no forks and we needed to wait another 15 min
– staff wasn’t replenishing food on buffet
– plates went out of stock a second time and had to wait again for plates
– my wife found hair in the apple pie
The host told me the owner wants everyone out at 8:30 pm so they stop stocking food at 7.
I’m blaming the owner here based on what the hostess told me, you guys need to do better.

This place sucks. Ran into 3 different ppl who worked there that didn’t even speak English when asking about the food. The “pasta” had no flavor at all. Can’t even keep the food trays full. Hard pass

This Golden Corral in the westside is really dirty including the bathrooms. We asked the waitress for a fork and she said they didn’t have any. The waitress had a bad attitude, no greeting, wouldn’t come to the table, wouldn’t pick up dirty dishes, we had to make our drinks last. Has really changed, wait till you see picture I download

Went to eat lunch on the 22nd after Xmas shopping. The restaurant was very dirty. The salad bag was filthy and empty. There was trash on the floor and the wait staff looked exhausted. There was only one cashier up front, trying to do his best, but the line was very long. We called the manager over and expressed our dissatisfaction of the restaurant. He was apologetic and took action immediately. We did notice they seemed understaffed and for that reason the restaurant was a HOT MESS. This is the only buffet on the Westside, so I believe it should be top notch, but it is lagging. I saw the owner just standing by the exit talking to customers. He should pick up a broom and rag and start cleaning HIS restaurant. Have more pride in your business.

After some not amazing experiences at the other locations, we hesitantly came to this one and I’m glad that we did. The food was HOT and fresh, there was plenty of it available. There were no empty things on the Buffett. The waiter was attentive and it is was a good experience. The only thing that would have changed it from a 4 to 5 star review is the table spacing. I know it’s to get more business but it’s so awkward to sit so close to other people that you can literally hear them eating. Please, please, space the tables out more. This will be our go to location from now on though!

The place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Food is very mediocre. Same old stuff no changes. This is my second time in about 2 years in this location. Big disappointment. Servers make the absolute minimum effort. Almost like they are making you a favor by refilling a drink once. They don’t introduce themselves, don’t even talk, you tell them thanks and no reply back. Absolutely horror of service. Left some tip out of decency and just for a one time refill. The bathroom is absolutely a nightmare. Toilet paper everywhere with fecal matter on the floor. This places needs to be reported. This is the second time I have the same awful experience. Will not go back.

It was very nostalgic! I love to see the same layout sense I was young and the server was attentive to our drinks! Only thing that bothered me was the wet plates that weren’t dried before putting out but other than that nice experience.
