We were there close to close time, but the food definitely could have been better. They have always been one of my fav restaurants, but this visit was disappointing. Due to change in diet it has been a few months since our last visit. I hope this is not a regular occurance. Staff was friendly and hospitable as always.

The food was fresh. So many items to choose from made it hard to decide. The drinks were always filled by the excellent waitstaff. We never ran out of anything. He made sure we had all the condiments we needed and even suggested ones that we forgot to get from the bar. If they added more drink variety it would be the perfect place.

Went to use a free buffet coupon for lunch with my family. The waitress was amazing at keeping our drinks full before we even needed refills, but she never cleared away a single plate. Our table was pretty cluttered. Being a Saturday it wasn’t as busy as I expected it to be. The food was very good though, and I tried numerous things I had never eaten before. Would definitely go again.

I went on Thanksgiving day and it was bad weather, cold and sprinkling. People were lined up out there door as well as the serpentine line inside. Needless to say, I didn’t want to stand behind 30 people outside in the rain so I didn’t stay. I’m giving 5 stars because I love the food here and the staff is courteous. The line says it all. People were willing to wait out this huge line with several in the rain because this is great food and great staff. I hate that I had to miss the Thanksgiving dinner but I wasn’t feeling well enough to wait outside in the bad weather. Kudos to you for the great food and wonderful staff, to be able to generate this volume of business. I’ve been to a different Golden Corral on Thanksgiving day on several occasions and have never seen a line like yours. Thank you for wonderful food and staff members that take good care of you.

This really is one of the nicer Golden Corals we’ve visited in a long time. I was not impressed by the waitress that removed the napkins from our table too refill another table without so much as a word as to what she was doing. But the food was good. And our waiter was very friendly and diligent.

Been going here for a very long time. Last night was very bad. Went to our table. Got our plates and waited 20 minutes for silverware. Then after about 30 minutes we finally got our drinks. They never gave us a refill on our drinks. Couldn’t find a spoon anyplace! I will never ever spend that much money for that kind of service ever again. I’m totally livid . Oh and don’t expect anyone to serve you a steak !! Better make it self serve !!! I’ll be calling the corporate office Monday morning. Would I like to hear from management ? Yeah I sure would !!!

Update. The manager had contacted me after this review and gave us a free meal for 2. Upon revisiting, the service was good and the food quality was much better. The manager came to check on us to ensure our visit was better this time. While the last visit wasn’t good, the manager took the initiative to reach out to me and amend the situation. This I really appreciate and respect. Hats off to management. Thank you.

My family & I visited 6pm on a Saturday. The chocolate fountain was turned off and all chunky @ the bottom, my piece of cake was hard, I ordered a steak then was told he gave it to someone else. When I got my steak that was supposed to be well done, it was so chewy and gross. I think that’s it. Other than that our waiter was extremely nice & attentive & we enjoyed our meal.
