When this restaurant originally opened we tried it out. The food was not that fresh, it tasted old. They re-opened under new management and it is amazing now!!!! The food tasted homemade and it was all hot and fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful. The guys grilling and cutting the ham and steak was glad to serve it. No one there acted like they were irritated to serve us. We will go back again. Probably every Sunday!

We come here about every two weeks to eat me and my brother and his wife. The first time we came we had an excellent experience with Leah that made us want to come back she made us feel right at home. So now we drive from Talluah every other week just to come see Ms. Leah. The business is back and better and you have great people working the floor I will be back and thank you Ms. Leah for making my time back with Golden Corral the best.

First time in a long time since we have been to an all you can eat buffet. I don’t usually go to all you can eat buffets because I don’t eat a lot at one time. I’m not a big guy though, so I don’t eat as much. But anyway, I was about to ask them if they had a wheelbarrow in the back to push me out to my car. The food was great, plenty of things to choose from!

This was my first time coming here since it closed for Covid. This is a great place to get the food of your choice and getting a refill on it. They have just about anything you want from salad to veggies, meats, and desserts! The drawbacks are getting refills, and food all over the tables. The latter could just be us being messy. All in all it’s had everything I wanted tonight. The rolls are the best!

The salad bar was fresh and had lots of options. The taco meat was tasty. I oddly enjoyed the pepperoni pizza( oddly because I hardly ever get pizza from a non pizza establishment) The vegetables were good. Pot roast was good,not great. Creamed spinach was offered, not as tasty as I hoped. Hamburger is definitely sub-par ,I had to ask my brother what it was. The price is actually comparable to other locations. The cost of food has gone up, people. Fried shrimp and catfish we’re good. Only 2 soup options . Deserts we’re on par with other locations.

$20 per person for a lunch buffett is too expensive for my family because we don’t eat very much. Food is good, but $70 for 3 people at lunch for one plate a piece is too much. The manager today was extremely rude and had no clue what she was doing at the register. She screwed up some lady’s payment and was so rude to HER about it. She also was rude to me. Lots of people were complaining about her, as well as the increased price. If you are someone that eats a lot, it would be a good price, but if you eat a normal size meal, it’s too expensive. There was also a fly on some of the food. Very crowded and could hardly get down the buffet line without getting frustrated. Won’t go back.

The rating is for the food only. The staff was nice. It is extremely overpriced, food was not seasoned well if at all, a fly was found on only dessert that looked appealing. The yeast roll was pretty good but for the price of the food I’d much rather have gone to Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed my meal with their rolls.
