Food is great, but depends on what time you go at. The service is amazing because of how attentive they are to you, like when you finish your plate or drink. Lastly, the atmosphere is average at best, with many people going there, the way you are cramped is not great.

It’s not the best location I’ve been to, but not the worst. The food was good. Service was okay. There were 2 males working in our area, though, that did MAYBE 2 min of work in the hour plus we were there. They talked and talked and messed around and let the 2 older ladies do all the work. So, that was annoying to watch. Also, they had no cotton candy or chocolate strawberries the entire time we were there.

Everything on my plate was delicious!! The restaurant is clean, they provide gloves for patrons to use when serving our plates, and the sweet tea is actually sweet! We will absolutely be going back to this location!

If i could give this no stars i would. Everyone on here talking about food and service. I think everyone wants the actual truth.. the waitress running around right now is great. She is always staying busy greeting customers. The guy at the front to ring people up is just standing around on his phone. He took a call on his personal phone and made the 3 people standing there wait, truly poor customer service there. The food is good but by time you get to table it’s cold, so that tells me it’s not hot enough. And also the food labels are wrong above the hot wells. And then there was a guy here who threw 4 plates to the side as they were dirty. As far as cleaning while sitting here looking around it’s actually quite disgusting, as being manager in food service for 7+ years I would be embarrassed if this was my restaurant. Dust all over ceiling and light fixtures the greese from the steam of food making the tiles disgusting looking and filthy. Then to top it off you have 2 upper management people here, I understand they are busy with talking to other managers and interviewing it looks like, but they should be paying attention to these details as well and addressing the problem right away. We are from out of state and I will say if I’m back in this area this is one place I will not come to again.

Fried food was not fresh so was soggy, rolls where soft on top but the bottoms were rock hard had to peel the bottom off to eat them, roast beef was good, but potatoes where not cooked all the way same with the carrots & cakes where dry and no flavor. Place didn’t look the cleanest.

Great bourbon Street chicken. I didn’t bring any quarters, but this place had the quarter game where you can win a free meal, I once won 3 out of 4 quarters, got a free meal for a date and they gave me a free meal voucher. It was great.

Serving cold prime rib and serving cold sweet potato casserole oh and by the way you complain to the manager and they tell you you’re wrong nothing’s cold according to them they did a temperature check.. Manager is very unprofessional would not even give me a little refund. Oh and one more thing the so called manager was eating watermelon and didn’t care to ask me if I needed anything while I was waiting for the cashier to finish cashing someone else out .. zero Star ⭐
