The good: the ladies at our table, the people at the front. The food was regularly filled up and tended to.
What I didn’t like: I was told I can’t take pictures and asked to delete this picture. She did ask me nicely. But my baby wanted a dessert buffet for her birthday dinner. So this was a special occasion for us. The restaurant looks clean and stocked and there’s no other people in the picture so I have no reason not to take it, keep it, publish it. I understand she probably can’t assume people are responsible with pictures but it does worry me why a restaurant would be adamantly against pictures.. because I did read this in the other reviews.

It was crowded and took a while to get drinks from servers but it was understandable because it was really busy… Desert were all dry and over done for the most part tho the food was ok.. could have been better tho

We choose to frequent this establishment because the food is good. Yes, the decor is a bit dated (in all their locations), but I am not eating the decor.
This place serves basic home cooking and gets Mom out of the kitchen. Ideal place to feed your family especially if you have bottomless pit teenagers. It’s where we go when we don’t know what we want or can’t agree on cuisine. It lets you have exactly what you want without a menu.
Everything you want for one price.
A good senior discount and a great loyalty program.
The staff is, for the most part, fast and friendly.
Breakfast available Saturday and Sunday.

Food was actually not bad, im surprised, came here because my almost 3yr old is picky and wanted to see if he would eat and he did ! Service was fantastic, for that alone we will be back.
That being said, I will say this place is like walking back in time, but without being updated , Think Kmart 1999, but its now 2026.
After eating and just looking around, you can see layers of dust and dirt on the sprinlker system, walls and ceilings.
Its dark in places, if theres a place that could use a few months closing their doors and updating their establishment, but then again, its Golden Corral, what do you expect…

This place in need of food and state regulations. The food is old and dry out from not being refreshed. I see why they don’t get any business because you will walk out with food poisoning, I did! Due them not food safety protocol that food is in “Temperature Danger Zone” making not safe to eat. Don’t bother telling the manager either she will just run away from you telling things need to be refreshed. Please don’t waste your money or your health. You will be sorry and sick from this visit to this location. I will be reporting this matter to the state to investigate. This place needs to be closed down until matters are taken seriously.

It was the best golden corral we have gone to in a long time. It was clean. The employees were grate. The variety of food and desserts were excellent. We also were asked a couple of times (was everything ok.) The people who took the used plates and refilled the drinks were right on it. We will be back.

Absolutely by far the WORST in every way imaginable. Staff trash, floors so sticky your feet stick, tables never cleaned, bathrooms nasty. Food is terrible. They either undercook or overcook everything. You can tell that the keep the leftover food for longer than they should and serve. They tried to give out chocolate dipped strawberries that were old and mushy. The ice cream machine had mold showing in the tube. The cotton candy machine was only turned on when a member of the staff’s family asked for some and not for customers. Save yourself from being upset or a trip to the ER and go to the one in independence DO NOT GO HERE
