I’ve grown up eating here and never had any complaints! Some of the food does, however, seem questionable. On the other hand, most of what I would eat is almost, if not always, delicious. As well as extremely nostalgic for me! I highly recommend trying the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese, As those are my go-to everytime I go. ( ^ω^ )

I have to say the food was great! Got a well done steak and it was so tender, flavorful and NOT overcooked. Loved the roast beef with some mashed potatoes and gravy. There’s so much to choose from. Everything we ate tasted so good. Friendly staff. I do recommend this location

Ive come here a few times with my fiance for lunches since we are both buffet fiends. The vibes are nice even with the family’s that have kids. The menu has evolved since I was a kiddo in the early 2000s, which is nice. The food is always fresh, hot, decently seasoned. Just wish the price for two people wasn’t as high. Will come back soon!

Decent, but, if I’m being honest, it still doesn’t quite ‘hold a candle’ to the old St. Charles location (that was killed by Covid and the pandemic, unfortunately). Like, obviously it’s a typical, chain buffet, so there’s not much to expect, but… nonetheless, if memory serves, the St. Charles location, at the very least, had a better selection (easily), especially given that *that location* had at least one, extra ‘counter area’ full of menu items each day (compared to this one which, for some reason, has kind-of a limited selection, tbh)!
…By comparison, this location seems middling, ngl. The food is still OK, but if any Golden Corral was to “impress” me, it would never be this one. I dunno what the people giving this place rave reviews are “smoking”, especially those who compare it favorably to the St. Charles location (lol)? It’s obvious they’ve either never been to that location (pre-closure), or they have low standards.
Also… what’s the deal with opening only at 11 AM most days (since at least the last few years)???
*sigh* Is that a “post-pandemic finances” thing they’re doing to cut costs or what? o.O Surely they’ve ‘recovered enough’, by now, since the pandemic hit, to easily-afford having breakfast around again most days?
To be honest, breakfast is where most “regular”, American-style buffets, like GC, truly shine (9 times out of 10). Real shame to get rid of it most days…

We were passing thru and didn’t want to eat fast food, this was one of the best golden corrals we’ve been too. My only complaint is the restrooms were awful & when I mentioned it to the server she kinda shrugged me off clean restrooms are important, if you’ll allow us to see that kind of filth then what’s going on in the kitchen?

My husband and I really like this location! The staff is nice & welcoming, the cashiers do greet you and the servers are very attentive not to mention the selections on the buffet are great. And lastly, most important above all… I don’t have to cook and do dishes afterwards!

Dinner out with the neighbors at Golden Corral in O’Fallon, Missouri. They have an incredible selection of different foods and many culinary areas. It was quite a vast array of salads and desserts also. The four of us compared notes, and determined that everything was top notch. Sort of a staff was cordial, family, and efficient. Pricing seems fair for such a nice dining experience. Golden Corral in O’Fallon, Missouri is highly recommended by the four of us.

We went to Golden Corral this Sunday for an afternoon lunch. Our experience was most positive. There were lots of people dining there and all seemed pleased with food and service. Our assistant, Ashley, was quite attentive although quite busy. The buffet offered a lot of food choices and was all well prepared.

It’s refreshing when you get great food that is prepared with high standards. Add to that great service. Scott, our server, was on point and did everything that could be asked of him. He cleared our table and wiped both the top and chairs down. He got our drinks as if we were his only table. And on top of all of that, we had an excellent experience.
