Husband and I went Saturday afternoon. Cups are out in the open for everyone to pick and grab over. I asked for and was told that they didn’t have disposal cups. Food was good as always. I ordered hot tea and my husband a soda. Cups and the spoon that the waiter decided to put in my tea were dirty. So I politely walked up to the cashier and asked for a manager. The manager Briana was nonchalantly unapologetic. We both knew it wasn’t her fault and so was displayed. I asked can I get 2 of the take home (disposable) cups and was told I would have to pay extra. What about my inconvenience and being grossed out by dirty dishes. So I had to leave the establishment, go to my car and get bottled water. Then a second time for more water. So for $1.10, .55 per cup, as I expressed to her, Brianna would rather have this bad review. In my days, I have literally seen managers pull change out of their pockets to compensate for short comings of an establishment. That’s when customer service really mattered!

I’ve been there 4 times in the past two weeks. I love them I especially love the pot roast the chilli the service just everything about them . The steak? Omggggggg perfection. Service is very friendly and attentive. The meal selections are fantastic and the dessert oh please I can go on and on about GC. Been loving them for years and it had been a long time since I returned but I’m back and I’m loving it.

I went there on Father’s Day. The place was packed out the door. Every seat was full. Yeah they always had food filled. Every time I went out for food. Nothing was messing. Everything was delicious and season correctly and I had great service. I got about four refills of diet Coke. I was always served on even though the place was packed on Father’s Day five stars.

Hi my name is Lisa And I visited this Golden Corral Buffet on 7-17 at 3:30 with my Family. I Really enjoyed Well Cook Food and its Hotness . I Like to take my Hat off to the Cook that made the roast with rice and gravy it was just magnificent…….. very well prepared . I love a good roast special when its tender. My Husband he really enjoyed the Steak it was cooked to his liking. The Fish was Fresh and good. I really enjoy eating multiple plates but what got me was the fried okra.

Our non profit org. Took the consumers on an outing and staff repeatedly told them how.many were eating but, apparently they didn’t believe us and thought we (staff) were trying to eat free. Therefore, it obviously appeared to me that we were being watched. Plus they have gone way up since the last time I’ve been to a golden corral. This was not my choice of eating out.

Chicken was nasty and the corn on the cob looked like someone bit it. The shrimp was really good. One thing why aren’t the stuff to be in the salad all together I had to walk to find the cheese then go back to get my salad dressing they need to get that together. Birthday fun but not worth $24. Oh About the baked potato was behind a lady getting butter and sour cream tell me why she licking her fingers then about to grab the butter I asked her if she needed some hand sanitizer she said no. Gross I didn’t get no butter or sour cream.
