$45 for two people is actually insane. I wanted to turn back at the prices but my boyfriend wanted Golden Corral.
Service? Excellent. Employees are nice and thoughtful. The type you can actually have casual conversation with, that’s fantastic and hard to come by now.
Food? Subpar. The salad bar is nice. We found ourselves getting meat off the buffet and ending up not eating it because of how it was cooked. When I cut into a piece of my pot roast it looked undercooked and gross. Same thing happened to my boyfriend with the pork, it was too pink for him to feel comfortable eating. Meat can still safely be pink but something about the meat’s look really put us off. I wish there were more well done options.
A lot of the food is way too sweet. The cheddar biscuits definitely had unnecessarily added sugar, the sweet potatoes bake had too much brown sugar in it as well, couldn’t eat it and I love sweet potato bake with brown sugar. I was able to tolerate the biscuits. Be careful eating here if you’re diabetic, all the extra sugar they add to some of the food can be risky.
Did I hate it? Absolutely not, I actually still enjoyed SOME of the food. But I will not be returning for the price I paid to eat food that was mid at best. Not to mention the buffet experience nowadays is miserable for the price because everyone post covid lacks any situational awareness, and doesn’t have any directional skills either. If you aren’t mad about the quality of food, the other patrons absolutely will make you mad.
Overall, I would rate the employees 5 stars, but the rest of the establishment… eh.

We did go on a Sunday so I will allow for some grace there. It was very busy and a lot of people. Again, this was a Sunday. The food options were great. The pizza however needed to be made so often 2 could have been cooked maybe 2-3mins longer. The roasted potatoes and steak were very good.

I went with a Church Senior Group. Everyone found multiple things that they enjoyed. I liked the fact that they had gloves by the plates and hand sanitizer. Many people did not use either. I suggest a sign to encourage use. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The wait staff was very helpful.

Extremely crowded. I’m from Louisville and I thought, our corral can get crowded. But we don’t have anything on this spot. I would say it does have more options for food than my local corral. I would say for my out of towners, come before 5:45 on a Saturday. We got lucky to get a table @6:30. The steak was quite chewy to me more fat than actual meat. The line for steak was long of course. I really liked the breaded shrimp. I didn’t get to taste the fried chicken, since every time it was available, the line was already long. But despite the atmosphere, our waiter Paula was very nice and kept a smile on her face and plates cleared from our table.

The restaurant was very clean. Most of the food was hot and fresh every time i went up to the buffet. I had steak as well that was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. The food was good as always. I especially loved the meatloaf. I always get some every time I go. Our waitress Janet was amazing. She was very thoughtful, attended to our every request and made sure we had drinks at all times and also that the food tasted good. I will definitely be going back. I also suggest trying the cotton candy cake. It’s not too sweet like I thought it would be. Has just the perfect amount of flavor and very moist! I loved everything about this location.

I had such a great experience at Golden Corral! From the moment I walked in, the host greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. The servers were so kind and attentive — they checked on my table often, made sure my drink stayed full, and were always friendly and professional. The food was fresh, hot, and well-stocked, and the entire restaurant was clean and comfortable.
You can really tell the staff takes pride in their work and cares about giving customers a good experience. I definitely recommend this Golden Corral location — I’ll be coming back soon!

We go there at least once the week and have very good food The only problem I’ve seen is they need to teach their dishwashers on cleaning dishes better. Workers are great especially a server named Rae. We enjoy this place.
