We enjoyed our visit to the Golden Corral location in Hattiesburg. Everything was great—the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Digna treated us great! I noticed that she always kept an eye on us, even while cleaning her section and the entire bar area, while also taking care of other tables. She was amazing. We will definitely come back to visit her soon.

Our waitress Tashia was such a blessing. She made sure we were happy and satisfied with our food drinks and service. As I shared with her the Golden Corral in Mobile AL off of Schillenger Rd needs to revamp their restaurant food and employees. Have always enjoyed Golden Corral, regardless of location! The ones we visited in Gulfport and Hattiesburg, MS are no different! Greeting and service was great and the food options and quality was also great! I LOVE so many of the options that I sometimes barely have room in my tummy for desert but I ALWAYS manage a helping of bread pudding which I absolutely LOVE!! If you are wondering what to have to eat, head for the Golden Corral and you can ALL get exactly what you want to satisfy your hunger!

My server Mrs.Tashia was absolutely amazing!!!!! She was full of energy and ready to work I love that. She had a smile on her face the entire time even before she knew I was sitting at her table she greeted me at the buffet. She made me and my boyfriend’s experience amazing! We had a large group, (family Reunion), and we were treated exceptionally.
Our servers name was Tasha, ( not sure of spelling), and she was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She had a remarkable attitude towards her job and was very careful to be sure if we needed refills, they were taken care of immediately. We did not have a chance to talk to her about her plans for her future, but I pray God will bless this beautiful young lady in whatever endeavor he has in store for her.
We plan to be back and we will definitely ask for Tasha.
Everything else was great at the restaurant too! Thank you all for your kindness in making the day special for our family.

If I could give Golden Corral in Hattiesburg a zero I would. I purchased a 2 roast deal online the was supposed to feed 10 people. I live about 30 minutes away and I picked up my order thinking it would be the same thing they serve on the bar but the meat was dry. The meat also looked like filets of steak meat instead of roast(and they said they cook it overnight) and there wasn’t enough to feed 10 people. I went back to the store the next day but the all the manager did was try to come up with a reason why she felt nothing was wrong with the food. She said this food isn’t dry it has gravy in it. Then after I explained to her the meat itself is dry she say this has been eaten out of at that point I was about tired of her insinuating I was lying so I plead asking her to please stop doing that because I had to taste it and that was all I could do was taste it because the meat was so dry. After that she started saying I was screaming at her and she couldn’t do anything for me and that I should wait until her General manager comes in Wednesday (6 days later). So I call the GM today Wednesday morning and he said we never have this problem and that due to the time it’s been since the purchase I should go back on the website and get my refund there. Or go to my bank and dispute the transaction. I thought maybe going back online I could possibly get my refund but that’s not so. I have reached out to corporate but no one has reached out to me. At this point I guess they don’t give refunds nor credits because I even asked the manager for a credit so I could just leave but she wouldn’t give either. Talking to the manager and then the General manager I can see why the manager acted the way she did, this must be the why they do business. This was an awful experience. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of customer service. I know times are hard but being in restaurant business you don’t get it right every time and you must leave room for write offs. I’m a manager myself and I would never do business like this. I would try to resolve the matter instead of telling the customer they are lying. I didn’t receive any respect by they respectfully took my money.

I got a take out plate. The food was good; how, the desserts were horrible. Banana pudding, horrible, the bread pudding was runny, apple cobbler runny with no crust, and on and on.
