By far the worst experience my family and I have ever had at a Golden Corral. The food was subpar, Zephyrhills Golden Corral breakfast is the best.
We paid for our meals at 10:16AM with our $20 off rewards, had to pay for plastic utensils at 25¢ for our daughter which is something we’ve never had to do before at any location, and we had no waiter/waitress for the time we were there. We hadn’t even been greeted at our table.
We left by 10:40AM after we finished our first plate of food. This was due to the fact that we witnessed a waiter calling someone over saying, “I’ve gotta show you something. This is what I’ve been trying to show you.” To a guy dressed in black slacks and a tucked in grey shirt (maybe a manager? I’m unsure).
It was a huge cockroach that we had watched run from the kitchen and he caught and crushed under his shoe. A waitress (girl with long blonde hair) grabbed the purple vacuum and vacuumed it up as the waiter tried covering it with his shoe.
0/10 will never be coming back to this location. Would give zero stars if I could.

I loved the breakfast buffet here, at $15.04 it’s a great value. Best of all, coffee is included, usually coffee is extra $. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed the freshly made omelet with mushroom, green peppers , onion and cheese. With pancakes, waffles, all the breakfast meats, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, french toast you can’t go wrong. Shelia was my waitress, she made sure my coffee was full , Thank you!

Food was average my problem came from my server Kathy she was to busy talking to customers and gossiping about her coworkers to notice we needed our drinks refilled and plates removed we probably would have enjoyed it more if we didn’t have to refill our own drinks and eat with dirty plates on our table.

For the price you pay, you think they would have hot food and clean dishes and silverware. The steak was tough and fatty. The rolls was cold and tough on the bottom. The ice-cream machine kept on shutting down. People had to ask to have things refilled. This is my first time at this location and my last.
