Came in today 01/24/26, and our waiter was Jennifer! She was so sweet and attentive to my family and I , she made sure we were comfortable and had enough drinks and that we were enjoying our food. The entire time she was cleaning and attentive to everyone, it’s not often that you get that kind of customer service so I had to make sure I leave a great review! Thanks again Jennifer, you made our dinner tonight enjoyable.❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, and unfortunately, it reinforced exactly why I stopped visiting this chain in the first place.
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt off. There was a homeless individual asking for money directly in front of the restaurant. While that alone is not necessarily the restaurant’s fault, it did set an uncomfortable tone upon entry and reflected poorly on how the exterior area is maintained.
Once inside, the customer service immediately went downhill. The server who greeted us appeared completely disengaged and uninterested in doing her job. There was no greeting, no friendliness, and no professionalism — just a blunt “What do you want to drink?” with no eye contact or attempt at basic hospitality. Throughout the visit, she never smiled or showed any effort toward customer care. The only time her demeanor changed was when a coworker — who appeared to be her boyfriend or someone she was personally involved with — came around. At that point, she suddenly became attentive and cheerful, but only toward him, not the customers she was supposed to be serving.
The situation became uncomfortable enough that another customer filed a complaint about her service. What made matters worse was how the manager handled it. Instead of addressing the issue privately and professionally, the manager corrected the employee openly in front of customers, which was both awkward and unprofessional. It showed a lack of leadership and proper management training.
Overall, the staff gave off the impression that they did not want to be there. No one smiled, no one seemed motivated, and there was zero sense of urgency anywhere in the dining area. This lack of care extended beyond service and into the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. The dining area appeared dirty, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. The food stations looked unappealing, and much of the food appeared unhealthy, poorly prepared, or improperly cooked. At several points, I found myself questioning basic food safety standards and honestly wishing a health inspector would walk in.
Given the condition of the restaurant, the quality of the food, and the level of customer service, I cannot recommend this location at all. If you decide to eat here, be prepared for subpar service and questionable food quality. Quite frankly, you would receive better service, better cleanliness, and better food at a fast-food restaurant like McDonald’s.
This was not one of my better dining experiences, and it reminded me exactly why I stopped going to Golden Corral in the past. Unfortunately, nothing has improved — and if anything, it seems to have gotten worse. I will not be returning.

The food is alright here, but a lot of the vegetables are wilted, cake is crumbly, and gummy bears + other things are often messy. The yeast rolls are good but a bit dense.
The service is great — our waiter made sure our table stayed clean and got us cups for drinks.
The atmosphere is moderately lit (between dim and bright) and moderately quiet, it’s pretty nice.
Ketchup, hot sauce, and sugar/salt/pepper are provided.

Haven’t been here in a while but decided to give it another try. The AC felt like it was off, and the food looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. Im glad they let me walk around before paying. I immediately left. Its a shame, because the food here used to be good. Just looks very run down unfortunately.

My wife and I have been coming to this Boynton beach fl. Golden corral for 4 years. We won’t be coming back moving forward. During the last couple of visits, they haven’t had the steak ready until at least 4:30? We come at 4 pm especially for the steak. We now drive to the Royal Palm Beach fl Golden corral which has better food and service. 4pm the steaks are ready!!!

This location cancelled offering chick peas also known as garbanzo beans in their buffet. I am a vegetarian. The only option for me to have a vegan protein was the chick peas in the salad bar. In addition, all of the other vegetables are doused in oil! They need to begin offering options for individuals with food allergies and vegetarian friendly.

The restaurant is a buffet. We went before 11 am, so we paid for breakfast, I think $15 per person, but they change the menu at 11, so you have access to both menus. You can eat whatever you want, and there’s also a drinks bar. They even have desserts. It’s not my kind of food because it’s quite greasy, and I don’t like it that greasy, but the price is quite reasonable, and there’s plenty of parking.

Quiet elderly atmosphere, the food was hot.. some sat out for longer than others . The dessert section was filled with treats.. waiters had their usuals and catered to the older guest .. not bad the fried chicken tasted like they used the same batter over and over again, or the oil was old and needed to be changed .. the catfish nuggets were the best.

The recommended section is the BBQ section for the unlimited steak & baby back ribs. I also like the fried fish, chicken & shrimp! This place is also great for kids. Their desserts section is huge, and kids can enjoy the variety of sweets available! If you love food, go here & you will be in food coma.
