I love Golden Corral for breakfast. Lunch or dinner items can be a hit or a miss. Breakfast is consistently good. Service is amazing. Friendly and attentive. They always keep my coffee mug filled. Prices are competitive and I love their Senior discount. Always clean and comfortable. Because they are in my top 3 places to eat, I keep returning. Never change, Golden Corral.

We were just passing through Panama City with our RV on a very rainy day, traveling with a big family, and honestly weren’t sure where we were going to stop. Walking into Golden Corral turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful, and she truly made us feel like we weren’t just customers — we were guests.
The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of options for everyone in our family. Even on such a busy, rainy day, the service never felt rushed, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.
We are so grateful for the kindness we received here. Jennifer and her team truly turned a rainy travel day into a warm and memorable stop for our family. If you’re in Panama City, this Golden Corral is absolutely worth visiting — you will leave full, happy, and well cared for.

Our visit here was really good! We enjoyed the food. We did enjoy the atmosphere and we did enjoy the service. All three items were very above average. In particular the prime rib was really good and hit the protein spot after swimming all day at Panama City Beach. I tons of vegetables and then I even had dessert in particular good was the bourbon chicken and rice. I sample pretty much everything I could and I did not regret it. I left feeling sated but not overly full because I tried a lot of different things. My wife was equally as happy and tried a lot of different things that she doesn’t normally eat either and she said they were all pretty good although the meatloaf was a little salty. This is not the first time we’ve eaten at Golden Corral in Panama City we are regulars from a long way back and it’s always been good and it’s always been friendly. When I’m back this way I’ll definitely hit it up again after a day at the beach!

This was my family’s first time going out to eat for Thanksgiving. We were on vacation and my son wanted to eat here for his birthday. It absolutely did not disappoint. We pulled up and there were almost no parking spaces. The line was out the door. We thought it was gonna be like a hour wait time or something. We get to the line and not only was the line actually moving, but the staff were quickly checking people in with drinks, payment, and seating. They were all professional as if the crowd didn’t even bother them. We ate so much. The food was very good. There was nothing undercooked or overcooked. Turkey, ham, chicken, veggies, everything was good. Even desserts. While getting my son another round of ice cream, the chocolate ran out. But not for long. They were already pouring more in and we got what we needed to sit back down and enjoy. When any food looked just alil low, they had more prepared. When customers were done, two ladies came to clean up the table quickly and had someone else sitting immediately. The staff never rushed us to leave. They made sure we were ok and had what we needed. They double checked to make sure we were done before cleaning up. The ladies bathroom was clean. Plates, silverware, etc was clean. We literally had no problems with anything and let me tell u, I dont even like Golden Coral. Where im from, the one there is horrible. I only came because my son went with someone else and wanted to go again. This one, did not disappoint. My 5 year old daughter ate two plates and two ice creams. My mother ate two full plates and she dont even eat much. We didnt play. The $78 was well spent. We left satisfied and impressed. All of the staff deserves recognition and something special for their work on such an important day.
