Came here with family for our Thanksgiving meal. We got here 20 min after they opened at 10 am. The line was wrapped around 3 times to the door.
But it went fast and even with a packed restaurant, things moved quite smoothly. There was never an empty pan, the food was delicious, the workers were gracious. The price of $19.99 for a senior was worth it. A special shout out to our server, GiGi. She was on top of it thru our whole section. Sweet and professional. I think we will make this our new tradition. We are “grateful for every plate full!

Never coming back to any golden corral….. Unless you read the stuff on the walls you never know. Just found out that the meatloaf has ground pork in it. I don’t eat pork. This is very sickening. Not happy with this. When you go around the area there nothing telling you what it is. Nothing will be done now I’m sick to my stomach. If you don’t eat pork be very careful.

I had been waiting for a while to write a review for this place.
Friend of mine took to me golden corral last week and it will be the last time for me.
When it opened several years ago, it was great and we used to look forward to going to eat.
Now the place has become like pigsty.
The floor is sticky, the smell is horrible as soon as you enter. It doesn’t not feel warm and welcoming.
Near the area where Mexican food is smells like sewer. The food was not hot.
The people who work behind the buffet counter, they do not look clean. The was hanging around and talking too much. I didn’t go there to listen to her.
This place needs NEW
Manager, good scrubbing and renovation.
I’m a baker and considered good cook, l don’t really have to go out to eat.
If I go out it’s for to have fun with friends, I find this place is not the place for that.
The price has gotten worse too.
You all need to get it together please

The food was better than expected, fresh beef, fish, and soup. The food area was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The items i tried were the meat loaf, catfish, shrimp, beef and potatoes, and clam chowder , all of them were great.

09.19.2025: I removed a star because of the Steak shown in the photo. I requested medium rare. The cook gave me a Char-Broil looking steak and said that’s the closest to rare that would be available for a while.

I went here during thanksgiving break and was terrific! The line wait was 45 minutes. The service was great and our waitress was really sweet. The atmosphere was good but I saw some food on the floor. The food was amazing and the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious! Would suggest coming for dinner.

So tonight we wanted to do something a little special. It’s summer break and I needed a break from switching in the kitchen, but I still wanted the kids to have something good to eat. We decided to go with Golden Corral and build around the homemade dressing I made. Fried chicken was the original plan, but I wanted something a little different to pair with it, so I chose steak and baked potatoes. Let’s get into P & C’s.

PROS;

• The steak was surprisingly tender and juicy. It had that flame-grilled flavor that hit just right.

• The baked potato was cooked to perfection soft, fluffy, and warm.

• The garden salad was actually one of the highlights. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and crisp like it had just been chopped.

• The yeast roll? Nice and warm, soft in the middle, and just the right touch of sweetness.

• They added baked cookies to the meal, which was a sweet unexpected bonus.

• The homemade dressing I made brought everything together. It reminded me of being a little kid again, back when meals felt like love on a plate.

• They also gave a generous amount of steak, enough to enjoy leftovers the next day.

• Everything came packaged nicely, no spills, no mess, just clean and ready to eat.

CONS:

• Even though the steak had that grilled taste, it was slightly overdone for me. Still flavorful, just could’ve come off the flame a little sooner.

• The baked potatoes were on the small side, which made the portions feel a bit uneven, but it was still cool for what it was.

OVERALL: 9/10

Golden Corral came through for us tonight. It gave that homey, comfort feel without me having to lift a finger in the kitchen. With a few small tweaks, it could’ve been a 10, but this one sits comfortably at a strong 9 out of 10. Solid Sunday meal. Appreciate you, Golden Corral.

Food was subpar for $35 for two adults for breakfast. Ms. Linda’s service was nothing short of amazing, but the other server, Judy could use a lesson in manners and how to greet a table when she walks up. she never checked on us and we were there a good 30 minutes or so. I can only assume it’s due to my husband and I being younger and there’s the stereotype that we don’t tip, but she couldn’t have been more wrong if that was the case. Overall, not worth the $45 we paid including tip. Sit with Linda if you have the chose!

Worst food ever ! The best thing they had going was the salad bar and desert rack! No good vegetables at all ! The baked potatoes wasn’t even washed it was honestly surprising because I have a large family and we go to golden corrals often this one 10/10 don’t recommend unless you are elderly and can’t have seasoned food! But the waiter was great Ms.Jimmie deserved her tip all those full plates she had to carry off always topped our drinks off she was nice!
