The food was the main thing that the spot, especially with being able to enjoy my first turkey leg of the season. The cotton candy for dessert was simply out of this world good. Tasting the homemade cotton candy brought quite a few nice childhood memories. The restaurant staff is always very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. The chocolate fountain, soft serve ice cream, fresh brownies, and cookies still hit the spot every single time.
It has a very family-friendly atmosphere with lots of tables, high chairs available, and it’s easy to bring kids or grandparents along. The price is reasonable for what you get—dinner usually runs around $18–$22 depending on the day and time, while lunch and brunch options are cheaper.
That said, the place can get loud and crowded on weekends, so you might wait 10–20 minutes for a table. I’ve visited several Golden Corral locations over the years, and today I tried the one on Arundel Mills Blvd. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The steak was tough, and the rest of the food was just okay. It feels like the quality has gone down compared to previous years, but I understand it may be a case of getting what you pay for.

This is the best breakfast deal around. Custom omelettes, plenty of options at the salad bar including actual salad, fresh cooked meats, pot roast, fried chicken, waffles, pancakes, a dessert bar, and more. Sausage patties were gritty and the jello had a bitter aftertaste, but the amazing service and wonderful company made up for it.

Clean spot high traffic. I was there for a kids Birthday party. I didn’t eat. I don’t usually eat at buffets. Food looked, wide selection and the servers were really nice. Good spot for the kids.

The food is always good whenever I go. Wait times are super reasonable, and the food is usually fresh.
The bathrooms are mostly clean. Some people are entitled and don’t flush or would leave their trash on the floor, and on busy days, it can be hard for the staff to clean the bathrooms quickly. Still, it’s usually a good time.
I will say there needs to be a better child high chair. The ones they use are on wheels and can’t be used with an infant carrier. Putting the carrier in a table chair isn’t secure enough. Wife and I made it work, but it didn’t feel safe enough so we left after a plate or two.

I used to go occasionally for lunch with a coworker. Hadn’t been since prior to the COVID time. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Was clean and food was presented very nicely. I am on a low carb diet so can’t speak for desserts but everything thing I ate was delicious. Our server was prompt and courteous. Will surely return.
