There aren’t many Golden Coral Buffets left in the south, but up north near Springdale, MD you will find one that is managed and operated by Hispanics. The food looks appealing and tastes excellent. The service is good and it is busy!!! This is the place to go if you need to feed your family good, nutritional food for a great price!

The manager and our waitress were amazing. Maggie or waitress made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. The food was amazing and they kept food well stocked and hand sanitizer available. The only issue with the location was it was extremely crowded and the staff was unable to keep up with clearing and cleaning off tables.

I enjoyed the fresh cooked steak directly off the grill; it was nice and hot and tender. They could use another cook at the grill station; I waited 15 minutes to get a small slice of ham at the carving station, the to ask for a well done steak. The other dishes were regular buffet style food. It was good.

Went here for a “Men’s Fellowship” with some guys from my church. The food was better than I expected. The waitress was sweet. The atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant also. (So unexpected for Largo/Landover, Md) We enjoyed our food and fellowship here, though.

I’ll start by saying I grew up on Golden Corral and was always excited about the variety as a kid. As I got older, though, it felt like the food quality dipped, so I wasn’t rushing back. These days I usually prefer their breakfast, but my friend and I decided to roll the dice on Saturday lunch, bracing ourselves . Turns out, the food is still pretty good! I honestly enjoyed everything I got. Special shoutout to the fried fish, green beans, and of course, those dinner rolls . Only downside: there was a not-so-great smell near the dessert bar and drink station, which threw things off a bit. All in all, though, I left satisfied and might just be back before the year’s out!

I placed an order to go for a meatloaf dinner. I was charged full price, but received half portion. When I spoke with the manager, he stated that there is a preset amount that you receive for to go orders. When I notified him that the amount that I get in person was a significant difference than what they gave me for to-go, he confirmed that in person you get more food than you do with a to-go order. Why am I being penalized for a convenient service that you all offer. It is wet, rainy, and snowing outside, I should not be forced to come inside your restaurant and make my own plates when you offer a convenient to-go service. I do not recommend anyone uses this service. When I asked the manager for a corporate phone number, he stated “I’ll have to look on Google for it” as if this was something I couldn’t do myself. I am not here to complain about the manager, but I am complaining about the to-go portion size. As I notified the manager and the corporate voicemail, I will complain every day until something is done about this!

Despite my waitress ignoring my obvious thirst, I love this place! Been here many times before in the past and took my daughter here and she loved it! My favorite is the breakfast because the delicious delights keep coming. Going there reminds me of Bob’s Big Boy in the 80s and 90s.

We had a mother and daughter day out today it was a pleasant experience today. We had lunch the food was hot and fresh which we enjoyed. Brittany our server was so kind and friendly. Everyone seemed to know her. It was a warm welcoming atmosphere and Brittany did a great job as a server, she was very helpful and went over and beyond. I’m going to let friends and family know about this experience

This is a very nice Golden Corral! The food was really good, and the service was terrific! Came in on the Metro to Largo Center—-then the #28 bus to the entrance of shopping center, that has the restaurant! I really enjoyed it—-it’s my 61st Birthday—-I’ve been a patron of the Golden Corral franchise for years! Really enjoy their buffet!
