Such a great restaurant!!! We ordered deep fried cheese wontons, pho with extra wontons, the rice platter, and a mango sticky rice. Everything was DELICIOUS, portions were large and very reasonably priced (total came out to only $60!!) after tax. Nice staff as well.

Seriously, fantastic Thai Food and I think the best and BIGGEST chicken spring rolls I have ever had. They were massive, and the sauce was so fresh and delicate. The portion of lunch Pad Thai was perfect and oh so savoury delicious. Thank you for a great first experience and welcoming ambience. This is a cheap and cheerful authentic Thai must visit in Fergus! What an absolute gem! It was a busy Saturday night but we gladly waited about 10 minutes for a table. You know a place is great when all the tables are full of people with happy and appreciative faces. The food was top notch and the service was fantastic… Everyone’s meal was a 10 and we are already looking forward to our next visit. You will not be disappointed – lots of selection of authentic dishes.

Superb service! They gave us 2 large bowls of Pho for free, after we had almost finished the first bowl and noticed the littlest bug in the broth. The owner offered to give us a new bowl or let us leave free of charge; we asked for a new bowl, but in the end they didn’t charge for it either. The kind staff also checked on us regularly with a smile.
The vercimilli and rice platter were so tasty and colourful as well. The meals came with so many variety of vegetable.

We were here on a Saturday for the Christmas market. It’s the holiday season so we were a little nervous about the wait time but were pleasantly surprised. The server was friendly, the service good and the food was piping hot and delicious! Definitely will be back for more.

Delicious food and warm hospitality! We came in on a cold day, very hungry after not finding any food in Elora and stumbled into Fergus looking for a place to eat. We are so glad we came to The Golden Coconut because the food is absolutely delicious and flavorful. We felt sated – both body and soul! The staff is warm and courteous and our entire day was turned around thanks to this one stop. We will definitely come again!

Excellent vegetarian pad Thai, perfect portion size. Server was very nice and friendly. The food was delicious. Clean, tidy and spacious restaurant. Was visiting Elora but the food sounded bad so I drove right minutes to Fergus and it was worth it! Thank you.

We came across this family owned restaurant on our trip back from the Collingwood area. The food was average and in decent, but not too big, portions. The prices were average; more like those in Windsor and not too much like those in Collingwood, around $14 for pho/rice/vermicelli.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was very clean and spacious. There weren’t too many seats available, but there was an open aisle that could have more tables. The washrooms were clean but with some clutter.
Overall, I would recommend eating here if you are visiting or living in Fergus.

Pretty surprised by all the good reviews. As someone who eats Thai/ Vietnamese food often, I found this to be lack lustre at best. Food was tasteless. We ordered the spicy peanut sauce with beef and there was no flavour at all. The rice that came with it looked and tasted like minute rice which was disappointing. The pad Thai tasted like ketchup. It was bizarre. I will say the food was very hot, service was quick and the portion size was generous. Unfortunately, for two dishes it was over $60 and I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth. I will not be returning.

Excellent food! We tried multiple Pho options, tom Kha, drinken noodles and they were all absolutely amazing! Very homely & warm hospitality! Loved the food and would surely recommend it.
