I ordered two fried wing meals with shrimp fried rice. It took over 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, which I didn’t mind at first. However, when I got home, I noticed that the shrimp in both orders were undercooked and did not look properly prepared. This was very disappointing and concerning. Please be cautious when ordering from this location.

Gotta get the wings. These were so, so delicious. They’re juicy, crunchy, and sauced up. I got chicken wings with garlic sauce (just the wings) and a small veggie chow mein (comes with small white rice and crunchy noodles). This was my perfect order. Has the protein, veggies, and carb. And the prices are SO GOOD. We also ordered general tso’s and krab rangoons. Tell me how the general tso’s was still crispy having been in a sealed to-go container for over 15mins…so impressive honestly. We’ve tried two other Chinese spots in the Altamonte area and Golden City Chinese is by far superior. Was easy to order and ready for pick-up 15mins later.

I order food from Golden City about every Sunday. Love their Fried Wongtons, Wongton & Egg Drop Soups. The fried wongtons barely make it home. My food is always hot. Their combination platters will make you full. My wife loves their Pork fried rice and I adore their House Special Fried rice. Remember that good food takes time. Chinese takeout is not fast food.

This is a very small place. It’s basically set up for delivery & pick up, tho there are a few tables & chairs in the restaurant. The food is incredibly good. They will work with you if you need to tailor a dish to dietary restrictions or taste. I highly recommend it!
