Horrible customer service. When I ordered crab rangoons, this is what I got. They refused to deliver me a new order and refused to give me a refund. They said it was pork and then denied it right after. Never go here! Food isn’t even that great honestly. Waste of time and money

First, they messed up my order. They serve me roast pork instead of chicken. Please see the attached photos of what they provided, and my receipt.
This is the only Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to that charges $0.75 for a bag of fried noodles for soup. Every other restaurant I’ve ever been to includes one bag of fried noodles for free with a soup order.
The male employee with short hair and glasses that serves customers with pickup orders is a rude smartass.
The only reason I came here is because it is close to my office and I occasionally want Chinese food for lunch.

One of my favorite dishes at this restaurant was fried shrimp, which I used to order frequently. However, I’m disappointed that they are now serving frozen shrimp and frying it in deep oil, which is extremely unhealthy. I’m hoping to get the shrimp they used to serve the next time.

Looking for a quick (like INCREDIBLY QUICK) pickup option for “mall” chinese food at a reasonable price? I highly recommend Golden Chopsticks. It’s no frills, fast and easy service, comes extremely hot if you pick up on time, and the food satisfies when I’m craving the nostalgic flavors of food from mall food courts. It’s saucy, not too salty or tangy, and always extremely fresh because the kitchen is constanyly fulfilling orders.
They keep my business because Golden Chopsticks has one of the last affordable lunch and dinner combo boxes in the city. It’s a great deal and you get a good amount of food with a decent ratio of protein to vege to rice.
If anything, I wish they added more vinegar and spice to the hot & sour soup, but if I order it I just add more at home. The velveting technique they use is solid for all of their soups and sauces! We like to order an egg drop soup and a wonton soup to mix them together.
Misc info: I love their packaging. The food stores and reheats well in the containers they use and we never have an issue repacking the leftovers to save for later!

Got the $10 dinner sets that include a roll and soup and rice for each person. Total to feed 2 people was only $25. The food is made crazy fast. You get a lot of food. It tastes great. Nice sunny tall ceiling dining room.

It was my first visit and my last. I went in looked at a menu and ordered chicken wings with garlic sauce they man told me they don’t serve it like that but he could put garlic sauce on the side for $2.75 extra. I said no thanks and just ordered the chicken wings and pork fried rice for $8.50.
He types in the register, turns the card machine around and it shows $11.75. I showed him the menu and said, it says $8.50. He goes “oh you want 3 wings.” I said yes. He pushes some buttons and flips it around again. $9.50. I asked him “why is it that price?” and he flatly says, “Tax.”
I said, “Okay, let me get a receipt.” He scoffs and chuckles at me, then slides me a non itemized receipt. Now I’m new in town, and to this business but that left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m also fairly sure Philly sales tax isn’t 12%.
If you do decide to eat here, be mindful of what you’re getting charged for. Also, I’m from NY and the Chinese spots at least fill up the container with rice. The rice was on one side and the wings were next to them. What a shady way to do business!

I order here often. But today I ordered something different at this store but I ate it before at different restaurants ( bourbon chicken). Golden Chopsticks bourbon chicken was not how bourbon chicken is supposed turn out. It looked like boiled chicken breat pieces. With very little sauce.. I am very disappointed . I took a picture but I guess you can only share pictures on uber eats i had a regular delivery today because my work is near by.

Very Americanized Chinese food. I got the Szechuan chicken to go and requested that it be extra spicy (they ask for a spice level) but it wasn’t spicy at all. Otherwise it was hot and fresh. Pricing is good

We ordered the house fried rice, General Tso’s chicken, and beef and broccoli. All tasted okay to me. When ordering online you have the option to pick the spice level of the General Tso’s and I asked for the spiciest. It was not spicy at all and the sauce tasted a bit different than I’m used to. As for the beef and broccoli, that tasted pretty good and the broccoli still had a crunch to it. The rice was good and there was a good amount of meat included in it. Probably will keep looking around for better Chinese food but this place is decent.

Actually the best Chinese take out I’ve ever had. I ordered on uber eats and it came very fast. The food is so flavorful and not too greasy. I got the Sichuan tofu box that came with rice soup and an egg roll and the beef ho fun and fried veggie rolls. Everything is so delicious and the prices are amazing. Will definitely order again.
