I do not live in Henderson, but I am from Henderson. With that being said, I typically go here whenever I do come to town. Customer service is good and the times in which I’ve had an issue with my order, I explained it and they fixed it without any problems. The food tastes very good and that is what keeps me coming back. The food is not just “aight”, it is legitimately good. I have introduced others to this place.

I’ve ate there many, MANY times over the years. The customer service isn’t great but I’ve always thought the food was delicious and fairly priced. I will not be going back, however, after find a small bug in my food. As soon as I find out where to report this to I plan on doing so!

I hate to do this but this place is awful. We stopped there on a trip and boy was it an adventure. We stop in and the lady ignores us. We bang on window and ignores. Meanwhile she is answers the phone takes others orders. Basically ignores walk-ins. I come up with an idea to call and sure enough she answers and talks to us over the phone while we are looking in her face to take an order. This was definitely frustrating. I finally got fed up and went to car and other person with me hangs in there. We go shopping listen to music finally realize omg we need to check on food. She goes back in everyone that she saw was still there waiting on their food. This was after thirty minutes. If these people were still waiting we knew we had at least another thirty. We finally got fed up and left. Must be a great food to have these people wait for so long for some basic Chinese food. I guess place your order an hour of when you want it over the phone and your good. Side note the cook in the back seemed like a hard-working person maybe he should take the orders also. The lady definitely isn’t a people person. Good luck

I have finally found a Chinese place that I love! The atmosphere is very lacking and a little scary. Yet the food I’ve had is absolutely delicious! The wonton soup is made how it should be with slices of pork and a flavorful broth. Not the watery crap most serve now. I highly recommend this to-go restaurant. It reminds me of my old neighborhood restaurant but this one has safety divider up.

Terrible Hygiene in Food Handling
I recently visited golden china and had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier, after handling money, immediately proceeded to handle the food without washing her hands. To make matters worse, I watched as she placed the meat in the box with long nails and without gloves. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of hygiene. I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and food safety.

Horrible service. Placed order online. Had to wait over 50min longer than time saying it would be ready. Order was wrong once getting to the counter and told need to wait another 10min. Person at the counter is more worried about the phone than person standing in line with the wait and wrong order. She is rude, zero personality or attempt to be courteous to customers. This is a never again place which is sad considering the few options in the area. If I hadn’t pre-paid, I would’ve left bc it’s completely ridiculous.

The lady doesn’t understand English and is very rude. I used to go there frequently but I stopped going. I started going to Top China in Oxford and today I wasn’t feeling well and was pressed for time so I stopped there and she was still rude as ever! She forgot my extra order of chicken wings and then when I asked how long for an order she said 20mins in a very upset and irritated tone, to make matters worse when I got home my chicken wings that I did have were BURNED BEYOND BELIEF. I called her asking her to replace my order letting her know I will bring the food back and she told me no exchange and hung up in my face. I feel very disrespected as a paying customer and I would advise absolutely nobody to go there! They don’t care about their customers AT ALL smh, I only gave them 1 start to leave a review and I really feel as though they don’t deserve that one star!
