Now that the kind lady is gone and retired, this is the Second time I ordered food here and they don’t listen. Chicken taste uncooked, 23$ meal total at lunch time where I Paid $11 for broccoli and brown garlic sauce and they give me steamed broccoli with no sauce smh this place is going to lose a lot more regular customers now she is gone. I call into the new guy to tel him my experience and he said what do you want me to do about it. I told him give the customers what they order and pay for, not what u want to give them.

Although I live nearby, I usually go to another Chinese restaurant, but I haven’t been impressed with the food lately so i thought I’d try somewhere new. I stopped by Golden China for carryout, and the food was fantastic! I got the Shrimp Hunan and it was SO GOOD. I had every intention of taking half of it to work for lunch, but the shrimp was so delicious that I had to eat all of it for dinner. My lunch was leftover veggies & rice. No complaints here! It was delicious reheated! I’ll be going back very soon!!

We ordered take-out and what we ate was very good, but found a piece of metal wire (picture attached) in the lo mein. When we called , the employee we spoke to informed us this wasn’t an isolated incident. Apparently it is from the scrubber they use on the wok. While I appreciate the honesty, this is a huge health risk.

There are several hotels and several restaurants to choose from in the immediate area. I have lived in Fort Wayne since 1994. Tonight was my first time at Golden China. WOW! If you are close or even 10 miles away.. You must go. Service was fantastic, however, add that to a very tasty, flavorful and warm meal, again, WOW. I hope others agree.

Food is good but when I went to pay, I gave the waitress a $10 bill that was obviously used before and a little stained. She brought it back to the table saying the cashier wouldn’t accept it because of its condition. Not like it was torn and taped or anything, just showed wear. Paper money gets dirty! It definitely had passed through many hands before mine! I ended up having to pay with a credit card. They were rather rude about the situation.
