My fiancé and I saw Golden Chicken’s TikTok and decided to give it a go and I’m glad we did! It was a great experience: we both enjoyed our gyros and baklava. They made the desert warmed up with ice-cream, and chocolate – Yum!
They also have several soda options from overseas and I appreciate the free fruit water they set out. An added bonus was the merch they have. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time here. My daughter and I came about 430ish pm. I noticed the guy in front of me wanted to order a meal but the meat wouldn’t be ready for at least 40 mins, he tried to change it up to get something fast but the meal he wanted wouldn’t be ready until at least 530pm. I was surprised, it seems like a quick order place but thought maybe because it was the time of day? Not sure.
We ordered 2 orders of cheese fries, 2 fountain drinks, and 2 Dubai strawberry chocolate (the strawberries were the real reason we came). The person who took our order was patient and nice. What we ordered was $50.
We ate in the restaurant. It was clean and cute.
The fountain drinks were not it, weird to say but they tasted awful. They have the same drinks as Sugar Fire ans those taste great but their ratio must be off or something here. Its drinks so no reason to complain but order a different drink other than the fountain drinks. The fries came and not what we were expecting, they were drenched in the cheese sauce. The cheese sauce had a good flavor but why they put so much on was disappointing. The fries were soggy and inedible. The Dubai chocolate strawberries were great.
I will definitely give this restaurant another try but will know if you want meat dishes you better order ahead, don’t order the fountain drinks, definitely dont order the cheese fries, the dessert was so good.

Came here after seeing some of their tiktoks and I’m so happy I did. I haven’t been to many Mediterranean places before but this is easily the best one. The chicken shawarma was steaming hot and full of flavor and the chef was extremely friendly. This was my first time having falafel and it was extremely good with such good flavor. Super filling meal for a pretty good price

I ordered takeout from Golden Chicken tonight and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The hummus was incredibly fresh, creamy, and clearly made in-house, which is rare to find at many Mediterranean restaurants. They’re also running a buy-one-get-one hummus deal, which is such a great value for anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean food.
On top of that, they included a warm pack of soft pita bread, perfect for dipping — such a thoughtful touch that really elevated the meal. The takeout ordering process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my order was ready right on time.

I try a lot of Mediterranean cuisine all around St. Louis and this one is one of my top favorites. Had the chicken shawarma plate with garlic sauce, spicy hummus, and pita and everything was so flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend. Staff were also extremely friendly!

Did an extra 2 miles this morning and then we drove all the way to Saint Peters to try @goldenchicken_st.peters …. Listen, IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! We got the crispy wraps. Beef shawarma was my favorite, but the chicken and beef were both perfectly seasoned and delicious. The loaded fries were generously loaded. And the food the other diners got smelled soo good too! Kufta kebab was looking GOOD. They even have a big, amazing dessert menu, and the server/cashier was cool, nice, helpful. GO THERE!!!!
I’VE BEEN HERE TWICE SINCE THEN. I can’t stay away. I usually don’t even go out to eat more than one a week.
