Chicken is good, wait time was only an hour, paid for a dinner 12 pcs of chicken fries,coleslaw and buns,and they gave me only chicken and fries.I won’t be back that’s for sure, I don’t think they care.

for one they ALWAYS close way earlier then the hours posted online.. two.. always gotta tell them to cook the chicken well done otherwise it’s not cooked properly..and three.. just not a friendly inviting service.. gave them multiple chances and when they are doing the job right it’s great , but that’s few and far in between ..i can’t support this business no longer…i don’t recommend

Used to be great, best chicken around. Then new owners came in and it’s been a fast slide to rock bottom. Insanely over priced, terrible seasoning, soggy cold chicken, rude staff…..gave them two chances and each time got worse.

I placed an order and they canceled the order due to not having the item so they gave me a partial refund but kept the delivery fee and tip. I spoke to Danea and she was useless in getting the rest of my refund. Do better Golden Chicken.

My food took 35 minutes past promised time. Kids were running all over the kitchen, and when my husband brought the food to car car we were missing a pizza. When he went back in the lady asked if he was missing something. When he said a pizza she said they ran out. They never bothered to tell him and refused to issue a refund because I ordered online. They said I had to request a refund through the way I ordered, but there is no option to request a refund. The chicken was good but fries were disgusting and I didn’t have any pizza because there wasn’t enough for me and the kids, so I have no idea if that was any good.

Called in an order for two chicken dinners at 4:50 was told 25 minutes which is perfect because that’s approximately the same amount of time it takes me to drive there from the north side. I was glad to see that they had reopened recently. Got there checked in and paid for my order I was told it would be a few minutes. 5 10 15 minutes past so I had to go ask again about my order,after waiting for the young lady to reappear from behind the big curtain, (What’s with the curtain) she mumbled something about how the kitchen never put my order down and she was very sorry, yea me too. Took my $20.00 back and left I guess I’ll just drive 20 minutes to Oak Creek and spend my money at that Golden Chicken next time.

I love chicken and their fries are the best in town. The ONLY fries that actually taste just as good reheated..you gotta do it right though, by leaving them in the bag and put them in the microwave for a couple minutes. The bag holds the steam in and keeps them moist and full of flavor. Make sure to remove the staples from the bag before putting in the microwave. Their pizza is good too. Try the BBQ chicken too

We haven’t had Golden Chicken since the new owners took over. We were pleased that they hadn’t changed the chicken. Still crispy on the outside and well done on the inside.
