It was my first time there and I asked the nice gentleman Andrew M. at the speaker at the drive thru what is really good he made suggestions and I tried the chicken tenders with gravy, mac and cheese, shrimp and the roll. Omg it was all delicious and not to mention their sweet tea I fell in love with!! The nice gentleman had excellent customer service skills, very polite and patient! Let’s just say I will be returning there!

Most times when I come for my breaks the girls in drive thru have very poor attitudes to the point I stopped coming, however any time Adriana is at the window she always has an amazing attitude and is very kind. It truly makes a difference in service and is greatly appreciated. She deserves to be recognized for her great attitude no matter how busy it is. Thank you Adriana!!!

This place is a complete nightmare, the staff is so ridiculously rude. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving. The only reason I have stopped here is because I was picking up an order for someone else. I have eaten at the Golden Chick on the South side, the north side any which way you do it. This has been the worst experience of my life. I didn’t taste the food, but if their attitude is any example of what the food tastes like, it’s a straight pass for me. The manager needs to get it together and get a crew that really cares. This is a horrible example of what the Westside is all about They have no customer service skills whatsoever, act like you are bothering them when you are doing business with them. Let’s just say if I’m in the mood for some chicken strips and this is my only choice. I’m going to go home and batter up a chicken. Do yourself a favor and skip this spot. New management is needed, I would offer my services to revamp this spot in a heartbeat. I would fire absolutely everyone and bringing my own crew. This place is horrible! You’re welcome!

The food had a strong bad smell and was not edible.
When I asked for a replacement, the staff refused. I then spoke with the manager, who spoke down to me, acted aggressively, and treated me differently in a way that felt racially discriminatory.
The manager explicitly stated that they would not replace the food and would not issue a refund, no matter what.
This behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and humiliating.
I am deeply concerned about discrimination, food safety, and management practices at this location.

Last night I came store was closed early Came in on lunch break Today and. I was not greeted. One of the workers was working hard battering chicken other male was eating chicken. After the manager looked at me she walked to back. And never came up till I asked for a manager. I literally had to tell the male that was eating chicken. Can I get help please. .. said it was card. Awful staff, we got there everyone stayed around the window talking, woman with glasses that took my order was incredibly rude and smacking her gums at the customers , lady with the blue shirt just walked around pretended to wipe things down, as did everyone else we waiting for our food for 20 mins and it was just 2 of us.
